Tried to do a simple transfer of My phone number. I Had everything I needed. But she refused to serve me After I stopped saying yes, yes, yes and started asking questions. I was told initially that my phone might not be compatible with metro pcs although, it is a metro pcs phone. And she also told me that if it is not compatible, then I wouldnt get a refund for activation.Before I was going to pay (cash) I tried to get clarification on if there will be a refund, because the information sounded weird or maybe I heard wrong about what would happen if my phone was not compatible, or If the activation wasn't possible, will i have to pay another activation fee for a different phone.These questions had no answers, she seen my cash, and she kept calling her manager in spanish like they were in cahoots with something secret. She was trying to get me to pay for Something, say its non refundable, then kicked me out when I asked questions.

The black guy that works at MetroPCS is SUPER mean and disrespectful and hopes that he gets fired. I recommend that nobody goes there unless you like nasty customer service!!!!!!!!!

The store workers is very rood and unprofessional, I'll never ever will go and ask anything from them . I need to know more information about Tablet free tablet with the connection, she telling me the price which I need to pay , for free Tablet. Horrible! Connection is lost multiple hours,byry to call them,they playing game.

I went in there to have them swap phones from my old Google pixel 3A XL my Google pixel 7 Pro and had called ahead of time to get pricing. After he did the swap he charged me more because he said he had to use a new sim card with the new phone because my old one wouldn't work so I just paid it. After I got home I called corporate because for some reason it just didn't sound right so I called a few other metropcs stores and they said that I in fact DID NOT need a new sim card and my old one would have worked just fine. I went back the next day to have them put my old sim card back in and get a refund but they had thrown away my old sim card and only refunded me half of what the SIM card cost even tho I was given false information by the employee. They also had very loud construction taking place inside the store with saws running and cutting wood which was unpleasant on the ears. Haven't and won't go back to this store for any of my needs or concerns.
