I went to Madison & Co for the first time about two years ago after another stylist ruined my hair. I have been a regular of Molly's since then. The staff is friendly and Molly does a fabulous job on my hair. I could not be happier.

After a few mediocre experiences with haircuts at other salons in the downtown area, this was more like it. Got in same-day, and having no knowledge of any of the stylists, I was put on Summer's calendar. She was very pleasant to chat with, and still focused on getting my hair as I liked it, stopping frequently to ask about my preferences. Gave me a quick shampoo, recommended hair products and the whole thing took 20 minutes. I could spend less, I suppose, but I've only got the one head of hair. Anyway, ask for Summer.Service: Hairstyling

I moved to this country and sometimes it's hard to find someone to give you a good haircut, and Tom, he made with a lot of technique and dedication, asking me how the process was going, exactly what I wanted.5 stars for the haircut and an extra star for being kind and nice guy.

I was a walk in early afternoon, no wait time! I had Had a wonderful experience with Cassie! She gave me a great cut and was very accommodating to my circumstances. The salon was patient with my children and even helped me keep them entertained so I could get a much needed cut. I lost about 7 inches of split ends that needed to go! I would definitely go back and recommend this salon to friends

Updated to add: Madison and Co is doing a stellar job at staying extra sanitary after being able to reopen! Every stylist was keeping a 6ft distance from one another and kept masks on for my entire 3 hour visit. I was so impressed with Cassie as she was extra cautious and I was so impressed with her cleaning and sanitizing. I will continue to recommend this salon to friends as it is simply the best! ———I love this salon! My stylist Cassie always does such a fantastic job and is so much fun to visit with. She gives a thorough consultation and listens to what I’m wanting all while giving her professional opinion to maintain the integrity of my hair.

I only let Rachel touch my nails since we met some 15-plus years ago. Meticulous, clean space, beautiful nail artistry! She knows traditional polish but also several types of gel lines.

I got my hair cut at Madison & Co. over 3 months ago and I am still incredibly upset and distressed about my experience. What the hairdresser did to my hair is unacceptable. I went in with very thick and healthy hair and left with thin, limp, stringy hair – she thinned out about 9/10th of the thickness! She also did not communicate that she was going to razor it, which is a look I sincerely dislike. Reactions I have gotten from friends and family include, “Are you sick?! Your hair is so thin!” and, “Why would a hairdresser purposely do that? Are they new to the profession?”I am absolutely devastated, especially because it could take YEARS to restore my hair’s original thickness. She thinned out SO much of my hair that in the last 3 months it has barely changed in appearance and still looks thin and sickly. In a world with an entire industry built around products that thicken and add volume to hair, what hairstylist thinks it’s okay to thin out a patron’s hair to such an extreme degree, particularly without communicating this first??It pains me to write this because I like and respect this hairstylist as a person. However, if you don’t want you hair ruined, do not go to this salon.
