I brought my 99 almost 100 year old mother in-law for her pedicure. Her toes were bleeding & they didn’t seem at all concerned. Also I left my expensive drinking thermos there, I callled them to make sure they would not throw it out. I don’t even think they looked & told me it wasn’t there. Again I called back the next day to ask if they could please recheck, & I was hit with extremely bad response & angry attitude from the owner saying that he told me yesterday he didn’t have it & he would not even try to assist me in recovering my property.

most painful mani pedi i've ever had. i swear to god she pulled out my nail on my big toe and now i have an INFECTION, hurts like hell. she also was FILING MY SKIN had to pull my foot away and im pretty sure the implements were NOT CLEAN. it also took 3 hours for a simple french mani pedi i had no other polish on my nails. it was my very first time there and my very last. definitely staying with Great nails across the street from this god awful place. IF I COULD NO STARS AT ALL

I have been getting my nails done here for years because they are friendly, kind and always do such a nice job on my nails whether it has been acrylic, pedicures, gel or dips. I accidentally dropped a hundred dollar bill in there the other day. When they found it, they went out of their way to go to where my daughter works next-door to get her number from the manager to call me so that they could return my money to me. That was my bill money and it would've been a strain for our family if it would have been lost. I appreciate them finding me and returning my money I am so grateful!

I can appreciate a business trying to push sales so when I state that I just want a full set and then they asked if I want a pedicure too, I politely say "no thank you, not this time.". Then, I had to say three times that I do not want gel and the fourth time she tried to pull a fast one on me. She was going to use the gel color imstead of the regular polish I picked out. When I explained that I didn't want it, she asked "why not".I didn't feel it was her business but I said I'm on a fixed income and I tend to change my mind and I'd like to be able to take the polish off myself. I've never complained about having my nails done before but I'm to the point where I'm wondering how many times do I have to say "no"?

I asked for pink French tips. The guy who did my Nails could not match the acrylic to the color currently on my fingers and put a totally different color. When that didn't look good he tried to paint over it with gel polish and do a French tip over that. It looked even worse. He then did pink all over (not what I asked for) I leave for Vegas on Thursday and would've went to another nail shop that could do a basic French tip. They also charged me $70 for a FILL. This place is a scam DO NOT GO HERE.

I went in for a fill on my French manicure. I wanted pink tips this time but he could not match the powder to my original powder and it ended up looking a mess. Opted for having the nails painted fully pink since he couldn’t achieve what I asked. I was quoted $65 for the fill since he would have to hand paint each nail. In the end I got full color and it somehow was still $60. The shape is off too. Spend your money at a better shop.

I have been patronizing Love Nails for years and have always been very happy with the service I have gotten there. But today was a different story. I requested a pedicure and the stylist (gentleman) asked if I also wanted a manicure. When I said "no I don't have time today."He seemed offended and was not real pleasant the rest of the time I was there. When I got out of the salon and looked at my nails he had done a crummy job of applying the polish and the top coat. A job that looks like this I could do myself and not cost me $40.00. I am on a fixed income and getting a $40.00 pedicure is a luxury and a treat, so to end up with a crummy appearance is not acceptable. So I feel like I need to end my business with Love Nails and patronize one of the other salons just down the street from Love Nails. I have always been happy with ladies in the Love Nails Salon.This post is showing with my spouses name, it is actually come from me Dariel Hansen. Needed to express my feelings. Thank you.
