I finally bought my Dream Car…Lincoln Nautilus!
I can’t even begin to explain the AMAZING service I received from Lexi! She made my car buying experience the BEST I’ve ever had & I’ve bought a lot of new cars & NO ONE compares! I can't say enough how this was the best car experience I've had. Every person was happy to be there (at least it sure seemed that way from a customer's perspective). I was introduced to the manager, service department, and finance. The process was low-stress and low-pressure. Alexis (Lexi) was so great to work with. Her enthusiasm is contagious and puts you right at ease. I have already referred some people who may be in the market soon, and will continue doing so.

Amazing experience working with Lincoln of Bloomington!! Everyone we worked with...Lexi Ladd in Sales, General Manager Brian Schrupp and Earl Pratt in Finance, were top notch! This was honestly the best experience my husband and I have ever had buying a vehicle. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, Lincoln of Bloomington is the place to go! You won't find a harder working group of people to spend a few hours with! They were funny, down to earth and honest. All of our questions and concerns were met with immediate answers and service. Excellent service. Recently my Mustang Mach E had an issue leaving it disabled and needing to be towed. It was after hours on a Friday and ended up being towed to a different dealership because it was closer. When the dealership called me Monday morning they informed me it would be over 2 weeks before they could look at it and there was nothing they could do to at least diagnose it earlier. I called Bloomington Lincoln that same morning and had the car towed there from the original dealer and Bloomington Lincoln looked at it right away and had it fixed the same day. Highly recommend and I will be considering them for my next vehicle purchase because of their excellent service.

My leasing experience at Lincoln of Bloomington was top notch! Billy Luhrs in sales was competent, knowledgeable, kind and hilarious. He made our communication easy and kept me up to date on the arrival of my vehicle. Sara Blatz in finance was also great and made the leasing process a breeze. Overall, a great experience and I am so happy with my new Nautilus!

I had the red bow experience. You know the one, the one you day dreamed about watching Christmas car commercials. I had the red bow experience and I have my husband and Lincoln of Bloomington to thank for it.
A few weeks prior, my husband had brought me in to Lincoln of Bloomington just to “look”, as we had been noticing the Lincoln Aviator and wanted to see inside. You barely sneak in the door before you might have an encounter with the shark, Lexi. ??( I say this in jest, as I am so thankful that we worked with Lexi.) She recognized us as new blood that walked into the store, and swooped right in. The crazy part is that within five minutes of sizing me up…(Middle aged mom who had been driving a large third row vehicle with 2 teenage kids) she had me directed to a different vehicle that was a much better fit for me. She asked if I really still needed that third row, and I told her so very rarely for seating passengers, but I couldn’t give up the huge trunk. She quickly told me that is what she thought I would say and she walked me over to the Lincoln Nautilus, which is parked in my garage today.
On the day of the surprise, when I walked in the door, we were told that the vehicle my husband wanted me to look at had been sold, but that I could have a peek to see if I liked the color combinations. I was walked into a parking bay to be surprised with a beautiful new car adorned by a bow with a sorry sold sign with my name on it, and after joking that our teenage girls loved expensive Starbucks coffee a drink holder with coffee for the family waited on the console. It was cute that so many of the employees were just as excited as my family to surprise me. They were all like kids at Christmas. We had such a great experience working with Lexi and Austin. Of course just like any other car dealer, they want the sale, but they were excited for us too. They even worked to give my husband a more impressive deal than the original offer. Lincoln of Bloomington stands so proudly behind their brand with the goal to be like family and see repeat customer. Now, that I am on the inside, I get it.

I purchased 2 pre owned vehicles (one for me and one for my fiance) from this dealership a few months ago. Angela in Sales and Brandon in Finance were top notch. One of the cars had an engine light and a few other unexpected issues popped up within the first month of ownership. We dropped it off for a few days while we went out of town and Lincoln Of Bloomington took care of the issues at no charge! It's nice to know there are still dealerships out there that stand behind what they sell, even if it was a pre-owned vehicle! Keep up the great service!
