We took our vehicle here a couple of years ago after receiving an outrageous estimate elsewhere and found the service at Lerum Auto to be excellent, honest, and fairly priced. We’ve been bringing our vehicles here ever since. I am very happy with the value of the service we get here, and I feel so good about them that they’re now my go-to above any other shop because I feel like I can actually trust them.

I have a very old truck with some places don't even like working on. Not only did they fix my truck but due to its age there were a complication which they fixed as soon as I could get it back to them.
I will definitely use them again.

I was in trouble with my vehicle during a recent cold snap. I'm disabled and rely on that old beast to survive. Tim probably saved my life. I was so happy when the amount due was exactly what I had in my account. He wouldn't take payment. He also changed my oil. The BBB plaque on the wall is a sure sign. What Lerum deserves is the Medal of Freedom. I won't go anywhere else for things I can't do from now on. I'm not eager for vehicle trouble but I'm eager to show my gratitude. Thank you Tim and staff. I had a great experience here! I got a flat tire about a block north and pulled in here and they were SO NICE. I’m used to “car guys” being condescending and acting like I’m a bother, but as soon as I pulled in the first man I saw (I think his name was Tim) helped me right away and seemed more than happy to help even though I’m sure I was interrupting him. What a nice outcome for a situation that could have otherwise been a day-ruiner.Service: Tires
