I've had the pleasure of using State Farm for my renters insurance for the past 2 years. I loved the service and kindness of my previous agents, plus the price couldn't be beat.
Fast forward two years, and it's time for me to move halfway across the country. I knew I'd like to keep State Farm, but finding a new agent/office was intimidating. Given that it's State Farm, I should've known it'd go well.
I chose Lawrence Thomas' office due to proximity and the abundance of languages spoken. I chatted with Lawrence a couple of times (a sweet person) and he advised the best time to update my policy.
Ready to make the switch, I worked with Fredy to make it happen. Fredy took care of my initial policy rewrite and was awesome to work with. He was quick, knowledgeable, and kind.
With that said, Lea was probably my favorite person to work with. She was so communicative, thoughtful, and super sweet. Since my situation was a little strange, she patiently updated documents and listened to all of my concerns. I felt so comfortable asking her questions and knew she'd advocate on my behalf. I never have to worry about my renters insurance with such great people at the helm.
Overall, what a great team! This is why I will happily keep State Farm. Thank y'all so much!

I met Aj Bush at the Youth prevention summit, his customer service is outstanding! Easy to have a conversation with, asks open ended questions and listens! I recently just turned 18 and he’s helping set up insurance through State Farm 10-/10 will recommend!

Just talked with AJ about a letter we received today from Xcel energy which addresses repair costs for interior natural gas lines, exterior electrical components and exterior water and sewer lines. AJ asked that I email a copy of the letter and he will review our homeowners insurance policy related coverage and get back to me. That's the special proactive customer service that we rarely see. Thanks to A J for always taking care of our needs.

After submitting a quote online to State Farm, Fredy reached out to me and discussed the quote in detail. He did a great job explaining the coverage, various options with pricing, and the discounts I was eligible for. He got me signed up for auto & renters insurance with better coverage that was cheaper than the company I had been with for five years! Would definitely recommend!
