I had such a wonderful experience at Ivory Bridal Co. After a subpar experience at a different shop I was a little pessimistic about dress shopping, but then we got to the shop and everything changed. Micah was AMAZING. He took my inspiration and pulled literally everything on my Pinterest board and then some all with in my budget. He was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere of the store was great. I ended up finding my dress on the first try and I am so grateful for the experience at Ivory Bridal Co! I highly recommend this shop for anyone on the hunt for their dream wedding dress!

My sister was a brave soul who over a year prior to her wedding, ordered a wedding dress off of Etsy that she had absolutely fallen in love with and described as her dream dress. I am sure you all know where this story is heading- the dress she initially received looked incredibly different from the original photos. After sending it back for alterations and continued attempts to communicate with the seller, the seller continuously delayed sending updates on the dress. Ultimately, my sister decided she needed to look for a back up dress and we planned a whole day of dress shopping. However, Ivory Bridal was the first boutique we were scheduled with, and it became the one and only shop we went to!
We had the absolute pleasure and honor to be working with Colby, who listened to my sister's requests and pulled dresses for her that she may have never chosen herself. It was one of these dresses that he encouraged her to try that she absolutely fell in love with. He was warm, reassuring, incredibly empathetic, and made the experience truly special for all of us. He is knowledgeable in the work that he does and was able to explain things in a way that made sense to us. He also provided recommendations and insights into the dresses if there was a potential "problem," such as turning the dress into a corseted back for a better fit or ordering the lace motif from a dress we liked and overlaying that onto a different dress that we preferred the structure/fit of. Luckily for us, the dress my sister loved only requires only minor alterations to the fit and maybe changing the veil into a cape style veil (she is going for a fantasy type look). As mentioned, we initially had other bridal shops scheduled for the day since we were trying to fit all the dress shopping into a weekend. We planned to attend at least one other scheduled shop simply because there was a $50 cancellation fee for cancelling within 24 hours. WITHOUT HESITATION, Colby said "absolutely not" and immediately offered to cover the $50 cancellation fee with a discount because he truly believed no bride should have to try on more dresses when they already found the one for them.
It should be noted that in general, Colby's wedding dress designs are absolutely stunning! He also has a wide variety of designs to suit almost any type of bride- from traditional to the not so traditional bride like my sister. On top of all of this and his amazing service, he also provided us with a $1,000 discount to keep the dress and veil more within our price range, especially given my sister's circumstances with the Etsy dress. He gave us recommendations for seamstresses to make the desired alterations, discounts to a local spa, as well as a restaurant recommendation for lunch that provided us with free champagne with proof of receipt/purchase from Ivory Bridal. Sincerely, I could not recommend Ivory Bridal more not only for the beautiful dresses themselves, but for the genuine warm and caring experience that they provide for the bride and their family. I can attest with the upmost confidence that whether you find your dream dress here or not, you will not regret having taken the time to be at Ivory Bridal.

Ivory bridal did an AMAZING job for my dress shopping experience! Everyone was so helpful and spectacular! Kelly was truly phenomenal to work with and made me feel so beautiful throughout the whole appointment! I was able to say yes to my dress there - and get to meet the designer, Colby! I cannot rave enough about the perfect experience I had here!

I cannot dream of a more magical experience. I am very Picky and very lucky to have Kelly as a consultant. Every dress i found, there was something I did not like about it. Kelly, with help of the designers and knowledge she had about how they develop gowns, was able to piece together my dream dress. I think without Ivory i would have been searching for weeks/months for a gown i felt was right but with Kelly’s help I was able to find my perfect fit. I have NEVER left a review on any other business in my life but I felt the need to for Ivory and Kolby John’s gowns because of the patience they gave to me on my journey to find my once in a lifetime wedding dress.

I highly recommend visiting Ivory Bridal. They had a wonderful selection of high quality, unique, and gorgeous dresses. We had the privilege of working with the designer, Colby John, and he was so incredible. Attentive to every detail, knew exactly how to style the look, and was so kind, funny, and personable.

I had the most amazing experience finding my dress at Ivory! Being an indecisive person in general, I was really nervous about finding a dress that I loved and having the "aha" moment. But Colby made the experience so easy and relaxing. He listened to my vision and pulled dresses that fit it perfectly. He pushed me a little outside my comfort zone, which is exactly what I needed to find my dream dress. I could not recommend shopping here enough, I wish I could go back and do it all over again. I cannot wait to wear my dress on my wedding day!

I had such a great experience at Ivory! The whole team made me feel welcomed because I was apprehensive to shop and they made me feel beautiful even though I had no idea what I was looking for. My stylist Ilissa walked me through each step and was so patient with me. Without her I probably wouldnt have made a decision. Thanks to the whole team, I wont shut up about my dress.

Ivory bridal was by far the best dress shopping experience I had when looking for my wedding dress! Ilissa made me feel comfortable and confident while not pushing me to make a choice right away. The owner and dress design, Colby also happened to be there during my appointment and both he and Ilissa were SO helpful in making this big decision and overall just a joy to work with. I’d highly recommend this store to any bride who isn’t sure where to start and might be a little nervous about dress shopping.

I had the most wonderful time last June picking out my dress with my mom and with help of Ilissa and Colby! I expected to have to go to many different places. I had a specific vision in mind and Ilissa pulled one right off the rack that was in my size and it was meant to be I couldn’t believe it! I highly recommend Ivory Bridal Co. I absolutely loved my experience at Ivory Bridal Co and working with Ilissa. I was able to comfortably explore the dress options by selecting several that I wanted to try, as well as some that Ilissa found that would fit my body type. One of my favorite parts of the day was when I went back to the floor to see if there were any other dresses to try on, and I happened to keep picking out the same dress to stare at over and over, but I had already tried on a similar cut at a different shop before and felt that I needed to try on other dresses. A person who was also on the floor next to us then said, "You need to try that on." I later learned after I put the dress on, and cried, I found out it was the designer of the dress himself. He walked me through the dress, the veil and earrings that he had designed for the entire look. The dress fit like a dream and I am so thankful for everyone's help that day!! I could not recommend working with Ilissa and Ivory Bridal Co. more.

I had the most amazing experience at Ivory Bridal Co! Ilissa was so patient and did such a great job with helping me choose my dress. I knew I wanted something by Colby John and absolutely fell in love with the ‘Marley’. I waited to order a veil until I picked up my dress and everything went so smooth, to picking up my dress, getting my veil shipped to me, and dropping my dress off to be preserved. Can’t recommend a shop enough!

I was worried as I was having troubles finding my perfect dress. I had been to 3 other stores and to be honest ivory wasn’t on my list. We got an appointment the week before and it ended up being the best experience and I found my dream dress! Ilissa was very helpful and patient while I tried on many dresses. They also let me come back the day after to try it on again and make my final decision.
