It's about Customer Service! I live out of town but spent my birthday in Minneapolis so I wanted to order my favorite flowers for myself...peonies. The bouquet came but half of the flowers were wilted. They asked for pictures which I provided. The response I received was that I received a different species of peonies and that's what I had. I googled what they said I received and they were beautiful but not what I received. So I emailed a side by side...my flowers to the googled flowers. When I didn't hear back I left a voicemail and I simply said I will be writing a review that reflects the quality of the bouquet I received. Almost immediately I had a phone call from a number I didn't recognize so I didn't answer. They called again so I answered and it was the owner who said to me "We are going to have a little chat" and I said "excuse me?" And he said "yes...we are going to have a come to Jesus talk" I said "you're going to speak to me like this?" And he said "what you are doing is basically extortion". And I hung up. He attempted to call at least 4-5 more times which I ignored. A little while later I received an email saying they were going to deliver 6 more stems at their own cost. They did come and they looked great. And I wondered why they couldn't have handled this opportunity like this in the first place. It makes you shake your head.

We ordered flowers from Indulge and Bloom for my sister-in-law whose father passed away. We live out of state, so I searched for a florist near Edina with good reviews. The arrangement we chose cost over $100. When my brother sent a picture of what was delivered, it in no way looked like a $100 flower arrangement and certainly didn't look like the picture on the website. It was truly embarrassing. I would have been fine if it didn't look like the picture but was a well done arrangement. It looked so sad and the flowers were starting to turn brown and wilt. I phoned Indulge and Bloom and kindly expressed our displeasure with the arrangement. The person I spoke to said in the pictures all the flowers are pulled to the front to look full and you shouldn't expect what you get to look like the picture. Huh?!?!?! I again calmly expressed our displeasure with the arrangement and she said she would talk to the person who designed the arrangement (who I could hear yelling at her in the background) and she would call me back. Needless to say, neither she nor anyone from Indulge and Bloom called us back. Please save yourself the embarrassment and headache and DON'T ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS.

This is the place to go whenever you need flowers for that special someone, find a unique gift for that even more unique friend.. or just to indulge for yourself. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff!

Wonderful flower shop with great customer service and beautiful arrangements! We had a mix up with a birthday flower delivery that was ordered, and they were very apologetic, understanding, and got the mystery solved and beautiful flowers delivered in the end. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service, walked up looking for some flowers for an anniversary, wasn't seeing anything I liked too much or that was around the price I was looking for. Friendly clerk came up and asked what brought me "in", I explained what I was looking for and a price point and he whipped me up a fantastic, colorful arrangement in a matter of minutes. Very happy with the result, even more happy that they were open late enough for me to stop by after a late evening in office!

This store is a perfect gem in downtown Minneapolis! They carry the prettiest and very unique Holiday decorations, and their fresh flowers and plants are always lovely. Love this store when looking for a gift!!! I'll pay a tiny bit extra for something unique, but really the prices are very reasonable!

Poor quality, with dissapointing customer service. The gift "note" truly looked like a 4 year old wrote it and the roses were old with black dots on them.
