I wanted to give a special shout out to Janette! I have had the pleasure of having her assist me a couple of times. She is super friendly and welcoming! She helped me today when I came in to withdraw money due to my card being stolen. She quickly helped me with that and then noticed that my new card hadn’t been ordered yet! I was surprised because I had been here the day before to order a new card but apparently that teller didn’t submit it! I am so glad she caught that! She even asked me what design I wanted on my new card (the other teller did not ask). On top of that, she told me I could get a temporary card to withdraw cash at any atm until my new card came! She was soooo helpful unlike the other teller. Thank you Janette!

Highly incompetent, inefficient and downright stupid people must be working at this bank. Absolutely horrible in bank service as well the ATM machines just outside of the bank. To be honest, this entire banking organization is a piece of joke. Whenever you call their customer service line, it's always a long wait. Only inefficient, incompetent organizations have such long waits.

I regret so much joining this bank staff are very helpless, including the corporate they seem like they don’t know what they’re doing they are asking me for paper they cannot even explain what type of paper they need. The bank decided to Close my account and stole my money I keep going to the branch for the last two weeks they claiming that they mailed my money and I never got it what kind of bank is this? steel, Customer money

Terrible experience. Staff member improperly submitted documents to get an external account verified then wouldn’t return calls or emails to correct the problem. I had to make another trip to another branch with the same documents to get them submitted. I don’t think they really care about their customers. This is clear from all the negative comments.

Go to a different bank.H O R R I B L E BANKWe moved out to a different state and there’s no branch down here. They locked my husband mobile account for a transaction he called twice to ask about the best way to proceed. Did everything as he was told and still they locked the account, canceled the transaction and want him to spend $1000 on a 3h flight just to go to a branch and show his ID because THERES NO WAY TO RESOLVE IT WITHOUT GOING TO A BRANCH.

I'm embarrassed to have an account here. The people there won't cash checks from the United States Treasury? Ones with a hologram? AND I HAVE AN ACCOUNT THERE? Then what does someone do WITH NO BANK account? The check is worthless? And they don't have money orders, they have cashier's checks.....for $6. Thanks.Note: Jeannette is nice. She's the only good thing about this Avernus.

I am absolutely agree with some earliest feedbacks! The branch manager very difficult to deal with, she treats you like a sheet , she hates you from first time she met you. I been over not first time , I had been treated horrible.Just only one women in this branch makes you uncomfortable, unwelcoming. How she can work 46 years at a bank with her attitude?

Waited in line for almost my entire lunch break and they told me they were out of quarters. Where can someone get quarters if not their own bank branch?? Did not offer to check other locations nor provide any solutions, just turned me away. Not my first negative experience, will take my business elsewhere.
