The staff seemed overworked and overwhelmed. Not their fault, and more the issue of there not being more branches in the area. I’d planned on opening accounts with Huntington, but after 30 minutes of waiting in line and having multiple patrons budge ahead of myself and others, I was told that they wouldn’t have enough time to open a new account with me. :/

Worst experience ever i went to this location to deposit money to one of my driver the check amount was 10k and it's busyness check so the banker told me that the driver need to sign on back of the check so i explained to him he said he can't deposit unless the driver signed on the back of the check so i ask him if i can talk to manager and he pointed his finger to the manager i waited for 1hr and he come to me he said since you don't an account with us we can't deposit it i ask him why he didn't answer he walked away unprofessional customer service. They need to do better business and treat everyone with dignity and respect.
