The worst experience of the bank ever in Minneapolis. The bank is absolutely horrible. Terrible customer service, the teller was very disrespectful and Awful wait time. Unfortunately didn't catch a glimpse of his name tag but he was unprofessional. If you wanna waste time and drive- through, that's the place to go.

The wait took over 20 minutes. I was told by Huntington customer service to pick up a form in-person at a branch. I get to the branch store and they tell me they do not do the type of form I need and was told they have. There’s a lot of inconsistency with Huntington, telling you one thing but doing a different thing.

My experiences with Huntington are mixed. I've had very good experiences where I've been recognized and greeted by name, and other times I've been very frustrated by the level of customer service. But for a free checking account, I'm generally satisfied.

They do a good job of pretending to be customer oriented, but if you actually need something done as a customer that thin veneer quickly disappears. They are out to squeeze as much as they can out of you and return as little as they can. I’m done with this bank.

I guess I'm in the minority but I've loved the transition to Huntington and the benefits of early direct deposit, no overdraft fee under $50 and a day to catch up if you do accidentally go over $50. I can see where for those with more complicated banking situations it may have been a terrible transition from TCF to Huntington, and I very rarely deal with the staff at any locations, but for saving money in my pocket and having access to my funds/ability to transfer to other accounts, they get an A+ from me.

Terrible bank in my opinion. If you transitioned from TCF, I recommend closing your account immediately. If your thinking about being a customer, DON'T, there's plenty of other banks out there.

After they changed to Huntington Bank they started charging for check images ($2).They close earlier on Saturday. They no longer provide a change counter. The telephone service is horrible. The customer service is absolutely terrible. There is a young male (I hate to assume gender) but I did not get their name. They are rude to me every single time I’ve come in. While in the drive-thru he actually ignores my tube on purpose and makes me wait. After 35 years of banking with TCF they changed my account number. Once I asked why the wait was taking so long for a deposit. I was told that I gave them the incorrect account number. I told them I put my new Huntington Bank account number on the deposit slip and they said “you didn’t add a zero to the beginning of your number” intentionally making me wait and just to be rude to me. Good luck to everyone who decides to stay with Huntington. I hope the customer service gets better but I’m changing banks.

An available teller decided to help the customer behind me (who walked in 10 minutes after me) before I was helped. Because he knew her? Don’t particularly care. That’s not typically how lines work. Unfortunately didn’t catch a glimpse of his name tag. The guy who ended up helping me was incredibly nice. Interesting customer service model. Very glad this is only my secondary bank.
