My experience as a resident at HQ has been awesome! The staff have has been wonderful! Keenan the community manager is very king and knowledgeable on the property, when i had a small
Plumbing issue he was quick with response and found a solution less then 24 hours, I'm so thankful for all his efforts! The leasing agent Valarie she did an awesome job touring my aunt a week ago, and showing her around the property. Iris and Fasia have been very helpful at the concierge desk in the evenings with helping me retrieve my packages, and keeping the building secure and safe! I love and enjoy being a resident here. The wine down Wednesday is such a perk along with the grab and go breakfast! The team work so hard to put this together in the morning. Big shoutout to Lisa for being so kind in the morning! HQ is a wonderful community to love at because the team make it worth wild!

I’ve lived here for over 2 years and absolutely love it here! Some of my favorite things are:
- The amenities! The pool is so nice to have on sunny days and has great views of the city. The guest suites are so convenient for when friends/family visit
- Staff! Concierge, leasing, maintenance and Keenan always go above and beyond when it comes to addressing concerns. Everyone has been very pleasant to interact with
- Resident events! Wine down Wednesday, breakfast on the go, Taco Tuesday, pool parties, the list goes on!
- The location! One of the reasons I chose HQ is because it is in walking distance to several places… Target center, The Amory, US bank stadium and Target Field are all within a 15 minute walk
- Security and safety! This is the first building I’ve lived it that has concierge and security. They ensure all non-residents are buzzed in by the respective resident. This helps unsolicited people from gaining access to the property. I really appreciate them for consistently enforcing this for the safety of the residents
Overall I am so happy to be residing here and would recommend this building!

I just moved to HQ and have had a wonderful experience so far. The service elevator system with rear entrance and the multiple carts made our moving in process extremely easy and fast.
We love the amenities, the gym is well equipped, the staff is friendly with a 24/7 concierge service and lots of cool events that are announced regularly at the community. The apt is so pretty and silent with great views of the city. Had to submit a maintenance request that was promptly resolved and is all done through the building’s maintenance app. Very convenient and well located too.

I have lived here at HQ for almost 2 years now and it’s been nothing less than great! The staff are all very polite and always greet you when they see you! Management is great when you need to ask questions or want to move apartments within the building! 100% would recommend to others. The location is also super great and convenient if you love to go out downtown! All of my guests always compliment HQ!
ps the coffee machine downstairs is the best part haha

I didn’t end up moving to HQ as I decided to not move into downtown area. Still I am writing a review because it was a hard decision for me not to move there. Jenna who showed me around was very very friendly and helpful. I took many tours but HQ’s was the most friendly and helpful. I could have imagined that the staff would be great and helpful. I loved all the amenities too and the apartments and the building is so beautiful.

Lobby always smells like weed, any interaction with a leasing agent leaves you feeling “less than” with their snooty attitudes, and that’s even if you make it past the rude receptionists. If you’re looking to move into a luxury building this place is scraping the bottom, plenty of places even within a few blocks I’d recommend much more.

Keenan was a pleasure to speak with over the phone. I am planning to relocate to Minneapolis in a few months. I just started my search and I am already sold on this community. I cannot wait for my in-person tour.

This used to be a 5-star building. However, management has recently changed and the amenities, services, security, and building condition in general have taken a sharp decline. Even snow removal this season has been careless.
Above all, communication with the residents has been pitiful - especially compared to the timely, helpful communications we were used to with the previous manager.
We have reached out to the new management on numerous occasions to address our concerns and we’ve only heard excuses (no ownership taken for current conditions) and seen no improvement.
We have lived here for three years and agree that we would not recommend this building to others at this time. After years of top-notch service, we’ve suddenly found ourselves living in an unorganized, understaffed, and unprofessional environment.
EDIT March 2023:
I am increasing my rating of the building from two stars to three stars.
While there's still room for improvement, staffing levels have improved and communication has increased dramatically. Lisa is extremely helpful and Faisa is very friendly and kind. A majority of the building condition/upkeep issues at the property have been addressed - including snow removal.
On a separate, positive note, Joe, James, and the building custodians do a great job maintaining the actual units, providing quick and complete resolution to any repair request.

idk man, I moved in a few months ago and things are ok, but they don’t tie up loose ends very well.for what I’m paying, I want the coffee machine to work, I want there to be dog treats at their dog treat counter (~30% success rate) and I want the amenities, such as the outdoor grills, to be taken care of properly.$1460/mo is steep, but acceptable if you’re getting the things they promised you. unfortunately that’s not always the case.Front desk is great, though.

I requested a tour online, received email saying that it is not confirmed, the office will contact me shortly to confirm the tour. So I waited three days and no one contacted me.I called the office and the lady sounded like I owe her money. I explained what happened and she just said ohh you should wait for them to call you. She finally wrote my name and phone number down and said that she’ll let the leasing team know.It’s been five days now and I never heard from them again.Just don’t waste my time and stop the “request tour” function on the website if you’re just ghosting people.
