I went to pick up some oil this morning here. I was there at 6 am when they are supposed to be open. People were inside walking around. I tried the door, but it was locked. Security will then try to say I was banging on the door, only after trying to open it. Behind the door was a security guard mocking me, saying she would open the doors in 10 min. Mind you, it's already 6.10am. I ask what was going on there, and she continued to accoste me verbally until one point she stooped down to name calling, specifically saying, "Why am I going to listen to this "blonde boy". Which in the context had racial connotations. On the front of her work shirt, it clearly said de-escalation specialist. Hopefully, this video will educate security and workers at this location that this behavior is unacceptable. I am a faithful circle k and holiday customer. This is rude and unacceptable behavior from its staff, which I have NEVER seen before.

No I'm not leaving my backpack with you. You can't keep your own stuff from being stolen how are you going to keep my backpack from being stolen? Follow me to the cooler and to the front counter with my purchase telling me I can't buy anything because I didn't leave my backpack with inadequate people. That's ok I went across the street to Cub got a better deal and no hassle.

Showed up at 10:50 and the doors are locked. An employee is outside telling us that the store is closed even though the signage clearly says it's open til 11:00.

I was still at the gas station today around 5:40 PM and the manager his name Drew I think he was a glasses look like and ask him for simple thing. He was bad customer service and I never see a human being like him so rude.

Thug fake "security" guards don't even work for a real security company and act like bouncers.
Can't even go in with your bag on before going to work and grab a drink. Mangers will flat out tell their "security" to break the law and physically throw people out for calling out their lack of consistency with their policies that aren't even handed down from their corporate offices.

This guard must be on some drugs . He follows us around the store me and my nephew and he start asking if we are trespassed. We didn’t say anything back and he waited outside the store for us to harass and cuss us out . Holiday needs a better security guard not the ones with fentanyl head

I was just there. Heidi helped me, I had a small amount of money to put towards gas and she was so patient and nice about it. Give her a raise. She deserves it.

The sign says open at 6am. It’s 6:19. There’s an employee there just sort of casually “getting things ready” but the light are off, the store is closed, and this person is just taking their time.

I went inside to pay for my gas. I put ,50.00 on my card. I only needed $42.00. Why back in to see if I will automatically be charged the 42. Cashier said yes. Nope they took the 50.00. Been trying to get a hold of the manager for 1 week now and he is never there. Asst. Manager says he leaves by 9. She can't help me. Very frustrating. Guess I will try corporate office.
