For a busy station, it's a fast in and out. Clean store, well organized. Friendly staff. Manager is nothing short of amazing. Oh and Holiday gas is superior, in case you didn't know. Much of it comes from the old Pine Bend Refinery. :)

I stopped at the Holiday Gas location at 2322 N Washington Ave, Minneapolisn MN 55411 this afternoon (July 26th) to get an ice coffee (I loveee Holiday's coffee). I got an XL, went to pay, and T.I. (the cashier that "helped me out") asked me if I had 25 cents after I handed him 3 $1 bills. I thought he meant as for him give me change back, I said no, I do not (I left my wallet in the car). Then he said, " That's ok, you are good." So I was waiting for my change back, then he YELLED at me: "YOU CAN GO, YOU'RE GOOD while I was waiting for my change. Turns out he charged me $3.25 for a coffee, which is not the right price. I buy one or 2 coffees mostly every day, and always I pay under $3 or $6, depending if I'm getting one for my husband too. I told him that the coffees were not 3.25, and the manager was right behind him, she was just staring at me like if I was trying to scam them and she didn't even say anything about the way one of ther staff was talking to a customer. Even though, if the coffee was the price he charged me, there are ways you can talk to customers, not yelling at them the way he did. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any Holiday gas. For the kind of work I do, I'm always on the road and is very often for me to stop at different locations, in different cities and in neither of them I had been treated the way they did at this location. I never had been yelled at at any store/place and made me feel like if I was trying to scam them. In every single Holiday I had been, they have the prices for their coffee's and they show: Ice coffee L- $1.79, XL-1.99 (for limited time). Regular prices are $2.09 for the large size and $2.49 for XL, before taxes. At this point it isn't about the money, but th kind of customer service they give at this location.
Very disappointed, I felt humilated by this T.I. person for his treatment to me. I understand that a lot of times they have to deal with all kind of "crazines", but still, it's no way to talk to someone that is buying something from them, not asking it for free or trying to scam them.

Very rude employee, yelled at me for asking to watch my backpack. Go down the road the next one is better.

Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT WORK HERE ! My son in law had an interview there today with Rebecca- he said it went very well until the very end when he was about to walk out and some gang members walked in staring him down- ( my son in law is nor in that life style) the GM Rebecca was watching the group on camera the entire time ND my son in law stayed in the store because he was nervous and scared. The GM came out from the back telling my SIL that they were in the parking lot for awhile seemed like they were waiting for him to come out- he asked why she didn't come tell him to make sure nothing bad happened to him and she said it wasn't her business! WTH. Everybody should be your business- your employees. Future employees and customers. That's the point of Customer Service positions!!! If your heart is that black get outta the field immediately! This is our community and we are tires of seeing our young men/women get killed if your not part of the solution your part of the problem!

Just friendly advice. The way the security guard booking people was not good. Correct it. I don't want to go farther because if I was white, he wouldn't look at me like that.
We have to avoid undercover racism by any means. Thanks. I love holiday gas station no matter which corner they are.

Staff here is awesome. My favorite gas station for smokes especially. They go out of their way to make sure you're getting a deal on smokes. I always save a buck or two a pack. And if you're downtown, you pay $12 or more per pack! Here, only a $8 or $9 (Marlboro Blacks).

My favorite Holiday Station. The staff is SO NICE. I also love that Men In Black (MIB) is their security. Store is clean and is generally well-stocked.

The gas price was lower than the other gas prices from other gas stations that were nearer.

I needed to vacuum my car and had neither a vacuum nor extension cord long enough to leave my apartment building. So I thought "hey, I'll go vacuum it at the gas station since I saw outdoor vacuums there!" Big mistake.Two out of three were out of order. "Fortunately" one was working. For about five minutes or however much a dollar pays for. (They did NOT put the time on the label and the employees didn't know.)But after I started the next period of time the suction became too weak to function. I made sure that there were no kinks in the hose blocking the air and that it didn't get pulled loose from the socket. The problem ran deeper than that so I went to get help fixing it.Not only did they refuse to help, but they refused to give me a refund. They told me that they're "not responsible" for it. Excuse me!? I'm certain that you're legally responsible because you both own the machine and profit off it.They also lied about there being an out of order sticker on it and refused to even follow me outside for me to show them otherwise. It's about fifteen feet away from their door. Not one out of three employees who were only standing around chatting could walk out there. Talk about laziness...Also: They didn't do cash back at the cash register. Which they really should do when they have machines that charges in quarters. The cashier didn't mention that there was an ATM at the back either even when I said I'll just go somewhere that does. I wish I actually left then.
