Great experience here. The staff was over and beyond professional and a pleasure to work with. I arrived Thursday (load originally due Monday) had major break down. They took me early it was rescheduled for Friday at 6am. Delivery hours shut down at 2:30pm and I arrived at 1:40pm. The yard is very small but can maneuver to get my 53ft trailer you have to jackknife the truck but traffic can still move around. The dock worker was very impressed because he’s seen several drivers take 45 mins to get it but I made it in one shot. Also to get out you have to back out on to the street at an angle just to clear the tractor to swing out. This is the type of service that drivers like we work together not against each other. Thanks you guys for such a great experience.

Julie Bothern helped get me samples after hours today for my client! She is a kind, helpful and genuine person who just made my day. Highly recommend Hirshfields to all!!! There's nothing better than customer service, she went over and above for me. :)

I'm sure there is someone there that could help you with what your looking for, but my experience was far from good. I don't put up attitudes from my employees to customers. And I would think that an older establishment such as this would be all about customer service. I guess I'll see what Sherwin Williams can do for me

I was told by a contractor not to go here, that their service was horrible. I figured that was probably based off a single experience they may have had, so I went because it was close.The staff was kind of self-righteous and arrogant. Fine, that’s fine, just match my paint sample correctly and that can be over looked. They did not. That happens, but not like this. It wasn’t even in the same realm. After speaking with them about it, and because of the way it was handled, I went to Sherwin.They’re knowledgeable, I’m sure, but my experience just wasn’t good.
