“Bright Health does several things well. 1) You can get support on the phone within a reasonable time and actually SPEAK to customer service. 2) If you are having an issue with a provider overcharging after a claim has been denied Bright Health customer support will stay on the line with you and contact the provider billing directly so everyone can talk on the same call so there is no back and forth regarding the status of the claim. I really appreciate this level of support. 3) They truly audit claims and actively look for overbilling which saved me out of pocket money. 4) Their website actually works. Don't underestimate the value of this. It saves time when you are looking for information. I highly recommend this insurance and their customer support is top notch.”

“A friend of mine told me about a really nice rep that helped them in the past...This rep has a first name of Racquel and boy is she an awesome representative for Healthpartners who looks out after her clients..I called in this morning regarding a medication I needed and insurance was somehow denying it...turns out the issue was on healthpartners and she promised to call back which she absolutely did and went as far to give me her direct line so I don't have to wait on hold...now if that ain't stellar customer service then I don't know what is...she is definitely an over the top achiever and the best of the best of anyone I ever spoke to at that company...matter of fact if they need a new CEO, she should be nominated...she would definitely get my vote...and I really hope she gets a $24 an hour raise because of all the reps I spoke to since december, she is one who deserves the raise of $24...I kid you not every other rep I spoke to is a dingbat compared to her...I was literally thinking of leaving Healthpartners and going back to UCare til she took my call...
