Have do have cheap tools and equipment but you are paying for what you get. It is overall not much cheaper than those tools and supplies you get from big chain stores like Lowe’s or Home Depot. But have good variety!

In and out, no problems. Staff is there and helpful. Always sales going on. I'm a professional mechanic, and this place is a go-to for last-minute fixes or replacement tools. Their icon brand, I trust, as much, if not more than, any other major tool provider, and they are cheaper because you don't pay for them to come to you. Keep your options open, and look here first. Yes, they have cheap stuff. Don't overlook it all because they have a lot of professional based tools.

Always have found good stuff here. Staff can be hit and miss. Either very personable and friendly to help you or standoffish with the bare minimum of conversation. Still the location isn't great, it's got much to offer. Large parking lot, spacious and well organized

Just a great place to get inexpensive tools that work. How well and for how long well that varies, but the staff is nice and if you have your receipt The exchange is relatively painless. I did get a very nice rotary tool for customizing diecast cars for only 7 bucks. May luck be on your side.

Interesting place to find tools

Went there to buy some basic hand tools and a rollaround toolchest for the yools that I needed for . I fond most of the tools that I wanted. Then, I looked through the various rolling toolchests. I found one, not too large, as some are huge. I grabbed the pick ticket for the one that I selected and went to the register. There was a line at the register, but another employee saw the pick ticke and asked if she could grab the ticket and bring the item up front for me. Awsome.
Then she said this was an order item. Pay for it today, and they'll ship it to the store in 2-3 weeks. I couldn't believe it.
Unfortunately, I couldn't wait 2-3 weeks.
Left very disappointed and un satisfied.

There's no way I should be able to come and spend $500 in store and get a sandblasting cabinet come back to the same store I got the cabinet from and not be able to find replacement sandblasting guns at the same store don't sell sandblasting booze if you can't offer replacement guns and nozzles
