The old bus station has a posting stating they've moved to such'n such address in Ramp B, with an arrow pointing. From there, no more signs as to how to get to Ramp B. How is a person to know where that is? There is no logic as to where Ramp B is. We had to ask someone where it is. Finally finding it, signage on the station stop is awful & there is no curb parking in order to drop someone off. The sidewalk worked good! One should not have to enter the ramp in order to drop a future passenger off.

Bought a $221.00 ticket, when I went to exchange the date, they refunded TWENTYFIVE percent back. A whole 54.00!!! Scammers....thieves, BAD BUSINESS PERIOD.
