They broke the bolt that holds my battery down and didn't tell me. I found out in the winter when my car wouldn't start, the battery had rattled loose from its connections, but only found that out much later at a different mechanic!
Besides that, they add credit card fees onto your bill without telling you. Some reviews have mentioned how their bill was mysteriously higher than expected, I'm guessing this is why.

Green Garage is a disappointment. Front desk D provided inconsistent and eventually higher priced vehicle maintenance quotes. Example: Water pump replacement initial assessment (3 months ago) quoted at $1343 - now front desk interaction with D mysteriously hiked up to $1399. Green Garage was a complete disappointment concerning misleading price quotes.

The whole team is great but I especially appreciate Derek for always answering my questions in a thoughtful and kind manner. These guys always do great work on my car and I’m very grateful to have a mechanic nearby that I can trust.

Derek and the rest of the crew at the green garage are very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. They're able to get necessary work done on your vehicle within a reasonable time and for a reasonable price, I highly recommend this place.

Helped my partner fix our new flat tire! We were so scared about costs (first time dealing with a flat) and they were so so sweet about everything. They even fixed/adjusted our breaks for free, and noticed some other issues with our Nissan and gave us estimates for them.
They were very upfront with costs, very clear with explaining parts, and made us feel welcome and safe. If you are looking for a mechanic who won't talk down to you this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
