The folks at Good Carma have stolen my heart. They were able and willing to work my tight timeline, very communicative throughout the entire process, and were even able to make a stressful car situation bearable. Not only did I feel like my car was in great hands, but they were able to explain options to me in a way that made me feel like I could make an informed decision about how to move forward. Shoutout to Caleb and Duane for their help with getting my vehicle up and running and for their exceptional customer service! <3

I've been taking my audi q7 here for about 6 years never had a problem until last Monday they didn't want to change the fuel filter in the car gave me a quote of 5000 dollars and then said they didn't have the tools to fix it I went to tires plus got it fixed for 250 dollars I will never ever go to this place again under any circumstances I wish I could give it zero stars and I will tell everyone I know with a audi don't waste your time with this place if your black you will be over charged period

Been a customer for years and two cars- I love my Audi and these are the only folks I trust with her. Excellent service and staff, amazing coffee shop with great food. The only place i'll ever take my german cars. They've even helped me find shops to help with other auto needs!

After receiving a $4,000 quote from my local shop, I scrambled to get a second opinion. I reached out to Good Carma and got an email back from Ryan who assured me that the work I needed done should not cost that much.
They were super accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment after getting sick and once I was able to bring my car in they set me up with a loaner vehicle very quickly. I was kept updated with the status of my vehicle and everything they found with phone calls.
I am super grateful to have found them and that they were able to save me over $3,200!

We had our VW Eurovan Camper in for repair at another shop and they said it might need a new engine. We had it towed to Good Carma and they quickly diagnosed fouled plugs. As a first time customer I was more than impressed. It is such a relief to find a shop you can trust!

Bill Jaap and his crew at Good Carma have always provided me with friendly and professional service. They know cars and they know my car as I have been relying for the past eight years on their talented and knowledgeable mechanics to care for my current VW and used them prior to that with other cars I've owned. Always a treat to chat with the front desk, get text message updates on the work on my car, and find it washed and ready to go when I pick it up after the work is complete.Good Carma has been honest with me with regard to the repair worked warranted, providing different options for repairing the car and giving cost options along with them, always giving me the final decision.With latest technology I get a work history on my car and other needed information helpful to scheduling preventative work on my car. It's all good and I will continue to bring my car to Good Carma!
