Prices are high but the location is prime for anyone on/near campus. Fairly wide selection of items and sizes. If you’re looking for something basic, you might find cheaper options at a chain store but if you want something specific and to support a local store than this is a great option. I picked up a Paul Bunyan’s axe trophy for my dad, which looks great!

When you get a server issue message and try again on their website, well they take your money everytime you try again. Then when you call they say you will be credited back! Why can't they just stop the dupicate orders from being processed before they take your money from your account!

Looks like Goldy cleaned out his locker. Utterly shameful. How does a Big 10 university with 50k students have such a sad little store? Ridiculously bare bones merchandise. I'm not even sure how to be more descriptive because there's so little to critique. Case in point, I was looking for a stainless steel coffee mug. They had 1. Not 1 design. Just 1. This paucity of selection was across the board. And forget about anything from the schools- business, med, etc. The only thing they had in any quantity was hockey stuff and a couple less popular sports like softball. Perhaps decent service could've netted this place another star but I'll just leave it that it didn't. This place makes me embarrassed to be an alumni.

A classic Dinkytown store that remains charming in the drastically changing neighborhood. The store feels clean and open when you walk in, there is plenty of room to navigate around the displays and other customers. While it may be easy to order online, there is a fun spirit to stopping by the store to stock up on new game day gear in person. They have a great variety of golden gopher themed products and good quality University of Minnesota clothing.

The staff at Goldy's Locker Room were so helpful selecting an appropriate item for my 82 year old Mom. There is a wide variety of selection, so any age fan will find an item to express their love for the U of MN.

I love Goldy's Locker Room. It offers branded University of Minnesota merchandise, from licence plate covers to hoodies. I used to hang out in this area often well over a decade ago. There used to be a music-record-CD store called Cheapo steps away. I got a lot of cool used CDs here and could spend hours at the store. I'd then drop by Goldy's to browse. A few weeks ago, I returned to Dinkytown. Cheapo has been gone for years, but Goldy's still endures. Goldy is the mascot of the University of Minnesota. Although I never attended U of M, I do know more about it than I should! I have a Goldy plushie that I bought from this store and love it. My friend bought a hoodie here and can't stop wearing it! He got his graduate degrees from U of M. Prices are decent. Discounted merchandise is at the back of the store. It's a fairly deep store, so take your time browsing. There's a lot to look at! It was nice dropping by this store and seeing that it's still going on strong after all these years. (478)

"All the men's shorts are over there..." The older guy employee gestures, in a vague fashion, to one part of the store. I walked in on a Sunday. The place was as devoid of customers as it appears is normal for them. I walk up to the employee and point at my shorts, Gopher shorts bought at another Goldy's Locker room a month before, and ask if they have these. I would assume a bit more service would be in order given neither employee was doing anything. AKA. I did not see the man working on some sort of machine learning solution for curing cancer or a time-machine or anything.

Called your number for your shop but the guy who answered my call just said hello, and I can hear the sound of His breathing and then He just hung up on me. So highly unprofessional. This is what you call customer service? hanging up on people without saying anything? I rate your services 1 star.
