I Stopped by GVT on my way up north because my tire light came on because I had a screw in my tire. They were able to get my tire fixed right away
and me back on the road.

Jim was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle, helping me prioritize what I needed to fix first, without it being too overwhelming. He was very polite, very friendly, and the overall atmosphere here was low pressure, and I felt they were looking out for my best interest! Will definitely be coming here from now on. Brought my car in to get an oil change and to get my broken a/c assessed. Jim was upfront about everything, they set me up with a loaner car, and the shop communicated throughout the day about how things were looking. Highly recommend this shop - everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.

I brought my vehicle in for a TPS sensor last year, I thought they did great work. I brought my vehicle back in for an alignment and they said I needed to get new tires. My tires are 1 year old and have about 10 thousand miles on them. They have been rotated since purchasing twice. They are BF Goodrich T/A KO2 so not some cheap tire that won't last 10k miles.
I get trying to upsell but to downright try to manipulate saying I NEEDED tires by fall.... come on.

They were able to squeeze me in right away to take a look at a leaking tire. Within an hour, they had diagnosed and fixed the issue, allowing us to continue on our road trip! Excellent service and highly recommend.
