“Super cute store, well stocked with unique gifts, trinkets, clothing pieces, and more.
I appreciated the two ladies working when I went in, while I was greeted upon entering, I was not "followed" or consistently asked if I needed help like I experience at other establishments! The introvert I am absolutely appreciated the polite space :)”
“The DREAM shop supports local artisans and procures quality products at an affordable price. Loved every minute in the shop from talking to the owner to seeing the products and hearing the stories behind them. If you want to buy local and support small businesses this should be your first stop.”

109 W Grant St, Minneapolis“I always feel very comfortable and welcome when I stop in to shop, the selection is amazing. They have anything you could want, I really appreciate how they have clean and well lit fitting rooms surrounded by mirrors so you can really check put your selections from all angles.”
“This is an amazing store! They have amazing products, but they also go much further... If you are new to learning about rocks and gemstones, this is a great shop to go to. They are passionate about the products they sell and they love to teach you things if you are curious to learn! John offered to let me cut open my first agates ever on a slow day FOR FREE because I had been shopping there so much! This staff truly launched my LOVE for geology and lapidary. I haven't been in a while because I don't want to go broke ? I would say 80% of my massive crystal collection comes from this shop. They are ethical and often mine and polish their own product. They are sure their products are acquired appropriately, and not all shops will take enough pride to ensure this. I can trust that the money I spend is on products that are appropriately priced and ethically obtained.
I hope I can get to one of their lapidary classes or trips some day, I love John and his crew truly! I have sent a lot of people to this shop. Planning on stopping by soon to say hi to the friends!
Much love to you all!!!”
“Ingebretsen's, a family business on East Lake Street that dates back to 1921, is a gem in Minneapolis. My brother and family live near there and often bring us dill, havati or dill-havarti cheese at Christmas. They are my favorite cheeses. One side of the store is mostly meat, fish and cheese. I recently brought my sister-in-law there, and she had to go back a second time because her husband loved the smoked salmon she bought and she wanted to surprise him with a second package. The other side is a smorgasbord of beautiful Scandinavian gifts and kitchen/dining items, books, clothing, baked goods, and much more. You'll find a fabulous selection and friendly people to help you find something. One year we were staying in an Airbnb near my brother's house to see the May Day Parade. My elderly mom woke up before anyone else, so she decided to walk to the house. She took a wrong turn and ended up at Ingebretson's, where she got directions from a handsome older man (we call him the Handsome Man now because we neglected to get his name). But she still couldn't get there, so she ended up with a homeless lady who was about to take her back to the house when my daughter showed up and gave her a ride (my daughter got some money and went back and gave it to the lady, whose help was much appreciated). Before that, some of us had stopped at Ingebretson's and talked to the Handsome Man, who felt so bad that she hadn't made it home. Once we got her safe at our rental house, we drove to the store with Mom to let him know she was okay, and he was very happy. Mom felt bad to have worried him, so she bought two books. Great choices: "A Man Called Ove" and "The 100-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared."I tell this story because it illustrates how kind the people are at Ingebretson's. They love their customers, their neighborhood and their community, and they speak up for those who they feel need to be lifted up. It's a wonderful place to shop, for the products, the beauty of the store, and the lovely and meaningful story of the store that has been going on for more than 100 years.”
“Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Bright, open, and welcoming environment with a wide array of products for people of all genders, body types, orientations, and preferences.I'd highly recommend SK to anyone ~ vanilla-to-kinky, beginner-to-advanced, curious-to-experienced ~ folx, alike!”
“I bought the perfect greeting cards here, and it took a lot of effort not to buy anything for myself here. One day...a perfect gift shop to find something cute or funny or both for yourself or someone else in a nice little neighborhood.”
“It's a beautiful space with amazing art from a diverse spectrum of artist and artistry. You WILL find something you love. The only problem? Sticking to your budget! You'll want everything! ?”
“Ended up here by chance, twice. Both times we walked away with a feeling of peace and tranquility from our experiences here. We purchased timeless one of a kind pieces that hold great meaning to us. The owner is incredible. She's warm and compassionate about her pieces and everything is special. Come to look at beautiful jewelry and clothing and art but also to learn about the artists and cultures where they came from. We absolutely LOVE this place and it's perfect for a stop on your walk on a beautiful day!!!!”

The staff was helpful soon as I waled through the door.
The pics online does not serve as it would if you go in person. IT'S A MUST!

4646 E Lake St, Minneapolis“Corazon is one of my favorite shops in south Minneapolis; I have been shopping here for years. They have a great selection of jelly cat stuff animals, cute kitchen items, and so many unique items to gift! The staff is so kind and helpful. I love shopping here for myself and for others!”
“Melesha was super attentive and helpful. She helped me on exactly what I was looking for. The fruits are super fresh and so tasty. Great location and awesome employees.”
“It's been a year since I quit drinking so having a nice little non-alcoholic bottle shop open up is very convenient! And it's also a little cocktail bar, which I absolutely love! The servers and staff are always super friendly, so I hope they're being paid well. And by being paid well I don't mean just a dollar above minimum wage. I mean actually paid enough to be able to live and thrive, not just survive. Most employers in Minneapolis-Saint Paul will pay you a dollar or two above minimum wage and act like they're doing something, which is extremely deplorable! Anyway, my friends brought me to this place, and now I bring my part into this place. For repeat customers who are very happy with our service and the selection of the shop so far! My only criticism is it would be heart if they had more CBD ONLY products available. It's become very hard to find CBD in town since recreational THC became legal.”
