5 stars for the people at this store, 1 star for corporate. Thank you Brad and Jackie for the extra work for me! The GameStop online ordering system needs to be fixed. The staff here helped me a lot. I ordered an online exclusive deal for pickup, one of the items was marked cancelled because it wasn't in stock which negated the deal. When I went in to pick it up, I had to cancel the entire order and redo it which was another hour wait. Jackie the district manager happened to be there helping and cancelled my order for me. Well it turns out because of how their online system works, it showed cancelled in their store's system but not online that I found out later after seeing double charges. I went back in where Brad spent a good half hour on his system and on the phone where even their call desk didn't have any ability to cancel out or return the order. Their system is supposed to automatically cancel and return anything not picked up after 7 days so we waited, still no change but I gave it a few more days and 12-13 days after the order was originally cancelled it finally cancelled itself out and refunded my money. This was quite a chunk of money to have tied up especially at Christmas time ***Corporate needs to fix this issue, 1- accounts should NEVER be charged until orders are PICKED UP. I have never been charged before receipt of an order at any other business anywhere, EVER. 2- your system should not be locked to your employees, especially upper management, to be able to fix problems. We don't need another Amazon company that is run by robots with no people to fix anything outside of the most common issues.

DO NOT SUPPORT GAMESTOP.I had a membership and it lapsed, so they wouldn't honor my $5 coupon I had earned, even though it wasn't expired.then I went in this weekend for an SD card and asked if they would price match. They do...but only if you are a member. That costs money. What a slimey tactic to get return business. Perhaps try giving excellent customer service instead of alienating customers.I was happy to drive an extra 20 minutes simply to spend my money elsewhere.

Called to check a pre order I had money paid into already. I call them, they said they had it and that I can come pick it up. I get to this gamestop not even 30 minutes layer, and I'm told they do not have it. Communication is key, check your inventory before saying it's in stock.

Usually, i have a great experience at this location with the morning staff, but the evening cashier was, to say the least, condescending and rude idk why he found it necessary to inform on the fact my game choice of pokemon lets go pikachu was essentially for babies now I can understand it may be aimed at kids but I was just wanting to play a game with my kid cause she had the let's go eevee and nonetheless I love pokemon and have been a fan since it cameout on the Gameboy and I hope to have better experiences in the future

Called multiple times and never once did they answer. Showed up to a store void of any customers, so no clue why they wouldn't have been able to answer the phone. The employee told me the game I was looking for was the last copy and sold an hour before I arrived. If only they would have answered the phone then I wouldn't have wasted a trip to the store for nothing.
