If i could avoid this place, i definitely will. However, i don’t have a choice because my employer directed me here. Here are some of the situations i encountered:1. It takes too long for them to get your items done (Galls is not a small business. Not giant corporation, but big business).2. They are not dependable, they said they will do something, but they never did.3. Some of the staff were really rude. Its like they don’t want to come work, coming to work is a drag.4. Tried to call for a simple questions, I tried to reach them for more than 2 business day, multiple times, no one picks up. Really not a single person to just pick up the phone while working on things? Tried to reach the manager as well, but no luck as well, and mailbox full.5. The work qualities were really bad. A lot my my uniform stitching came off less than 1 year. I had to return, multiple times to get it fixed, guess what? In the end i paid my own money to get it fixed.Galls minneapolis is very incompetent, irresponsible. Why companies and departments willing to work with galls was beyond me. If they don't change their style of doing things, Someday, another big uniform business will open up and will cause galls to lose lots of businesses. Arrogance is usually the main cause of a downfall of a company. Remember these words.

My employer took us to this store for our uniforms & babbbyyyy let me just say the female workers here were very rude, dismissive and snotty. They were also uneducated about what was in stock and out of mostly everything we came for.I decided not to order anything from this store & visited the Roseville location. They were more direct, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.Just go to the Roseville Galls for your uniforms (:

Very little in store for women's apparel. Probably a great store for men in law enforcement. Disappointing.

Does what their supposed to do. Let's ypuntry on a few pieces. And then asks if everything fits. My only real gripe is that I didn't receive any notification that my uniform was ready. But that may just be an issue with my carrier.

I went to the store as an individual worker to personally exchange items my boss had ordered for the staff through galls. In future scenarios like this, it would be better if the employees led with what they required of you instead of asking to speak to your boss. He was the customer, but now I'm the customer--treat me like one. Talk to me. Work with me. Help me do what I came to the store to do. It was very frustrating going through this store because that customer experience was missing, I wasn't guided. It felt disrespectful, like I was blocked from service because they were stuck on, "Let me speak to your boss." Eventually, I did receive my exchange items, without having to involve my boss, by choosing to ship my return and have my exchange shipped to me. Online customer support never once asked to speak to my employer, they just did what was expected which was to work with me as the customer. The physical store, I wouldn't trouble that again. Might be my worst customer experience-because I was never treated like one.

Spend $500 dollars on a couple pairs of pants and shirts and the $100 pants they sold me had a big hole in them. Bad quality, bad service. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed. I will never spend a dime in this store ever again.

One lady was such a helpful person definitely patient but the other one was rude and doesn't even practice properly customer service I wish my company just order them for us so I wouldn't had to deal with the shoulder shrug and awful attitude. Definitely glad I don't order anything else here besides my work uniforms. If you don't like your job then maybe find one that likes you being rude.

I was in a bit of a time crunch to obtain a uniform for a new department- they got it done! As in.. I had it on my doorstep the next day. I absolutely was not expecting it to be that quick. THANK YOU J'nay and Marilyn!

This place is a dump. Hardly have anything in store. It smells cuz it's old. I hate going here. And galls online is no better. They take forever to fulfill orders.
