My girlfriend and I stopped in here before a show at the Fillmore, and we were pleasantly surprised to see that was a great idea--Fulton does a deal where, if you show them your tickets to a show at the Fillmore that night, you get $1 off each beer you purchase. We had no idea going into the brewery that was a thing, so that was a nice little revelation, and they apparently do it for every show at the Fillmore (a shrewd marketing tactic if you ask me, especially with how close it is to the venue). After we got our beers, we each ordered a meal. My girlfriend got a BLT sandwich with some coleslaw, and I got a Chicago-style hot dog with chips for the side. The hot dog was delicious, and I wouldn't consider myself someone who gets hot dogs a lot when we go out, but the description was just too good. It was loaded with creamy cheese sauce, bacon bits, and green onions, and it was the perfect pre-concert food to get my stomach ready for some beers at the Fillmore. (This was also back in August when we went--looking at the menu now online in December, it looks like the food has completely changed, so that says to me the kitchen is dynamic and the menu is pretty fluid, and the options they have now look just as amazing as the ones they had back in August). So, if you're looking for a place to grab an actual bite and not just bar food, this place is perfect for that.Another great aspect of this brewery is the space itself--there is a very large indoor area with many smaller and larger tables, and there's a big outdoor patio that is perfect to sit at in the summer when it's not too hot. We started on the patio, felt the sweat starting to form on us from the hot August sun, and headed inside to finish our meal and beers. The patio overlooks 6th Avenue and the Fillmore across the street, and it would be a perfect place to hang out with your friends on a cooler summer or autumn night. There's also a street entrance directly to the patio, so that's always nice as well. The beer was solid--we got one pint of the Chill City Chugger Shandy, which is basically their flagship beer with a bit of lemonade in it, and a pint of the Star Tribune Extra Extra!, a decent pale ale. Both went down very well with the food, and neither of them were heavy, something we appreciated for the summer season and the hot weather. They also had a 6-pack of their non-alcoholic beer, which I picked up for home (I try to not drink as much at home compared to when we go out, and NA beer is an easy way to practice that mantra), and, for an NA beer, it was a pretty good brew. When I'm in town next, I'll be picking up another 6-pack to put in the fridge next to the usual Athletic cans. And finally, the staff--staff is what can make or break a place and your experience with it, and the staff here were awesome. They were knowledgeable, funny, and personable, and they were helpful when we were trying to figure out what to order with their suggestions. The people who came around and cleaned up the tap room stopped and spoke with us several times as we ate our meal, and all of them had laid back attitudes and were super polite. I felt extremely welcome at the brewery, and kudos to Fulton for hiring such awesome workers. Make sure you tip them well when you visit!

I originally fell in love with Fulton because of the Fulton bike races. My husband, brother, and I enjoy doing the Fulton Gran Fondo every year. I decided that my love for Fulton should be tested on a non biking day so my husband and I had our casual/last minute "grooms dinner" at Fulton. The staff were so kind & pulled tables together for us. We were even given free drink tokens. It was a blast & the beer is always top tier!

If you're in Minneapolis, Fulton is a local must try! I love their beer and was excited to finally try out the brewery. They have a lot of beer choices so I could step away from my class I favorite Sweet Child of Vine. Big space with a nice patio. In a very happening neighborhood so you can hop around from place to place. Fulton also has an impressive food menu even though we weren't hungry when we went. Everything you could ask for in a brewery! We'll be back to the local favorite!

Please avoid their Oktoberfest at all cost!Nobody knows what's going on. They sell you whole tokens, but their food and beer cost 1.5 tokens. Also, they had raffle tickets, but didn't call any raffle numbers. No one there had any answers or idea what was happening. The beer was good, and I did like the Fulton Octoberfest beer this year! Also, Don't get the ceramic mug... They just pour you $7 of foam, and then yell at you. (Maybe this is an Oktoberfest tradition?)

Great beer. Really judgemental workers if your not sure what flavor of beer or what your request for food are. Don't like being a burden to people hired to make others experience fun. We ate as fast as we could since we ordered and left. Not a fun place.

Had an event here today and it proved to be a great space. There staff is super friendly and provided great beer knowledge bombs. The mainstay is the Sweet Child of Vine and a close second is the more potent "300" which is delicious and packs a boozy punch. The Hazy was very average (pictured). Also a great place to go pre-Twins game.

Whoever orders the soap for the bathroom needs a fat raise. By far the best smelling restroom soap I've ever smelt. Oh, and the paper towels they provide...thee highest quality. Love how I don't have to rip off 10 sheets just to dry my hands off. If you're ever in the market for a good #1 or #2, I definitely recommend this place!!

Pub Pass stop after a Gopher basketball game. We are getting close to completing the Pub Pass tour in time before the end of the year. Fulton was awesome. We snagged a street parking spot right at the front door. Totally lucky as parking is a bit of a challenge. I got the Snow Emergency Stout. Yummmmm. Nice and cozy flavor on a chilly night. We also ordered street tacos, pork and beef. Super good. I wish they would include a few tortilla chips with the meal. The tacos are great and I'd order again, just needed a few chips to mop up the droppings. It was loud and lively in there. A few tables were playing games. Loved the lights. I've been there in the summer and the patio is amazing. Great place to connect with friends or a date.

Great brewery. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Taking time to explain and let our group taste until we all figured out what we wanted. The feel of the place was cozy even though it is a big space. Love their logos and merchandise. We can't wait to go back.

Didn't like my first beer but really enjoyed the 2nd one. Atmosphere was decent and nachos were good. Nice location close to downtown and Target Field.

Really good!! We stopped to get a stamp from our Pub Pass. Both we got were really good. Nice crisp light beer. And very cold- even better! BEAUTIFUL patio and ambience! I do love that they have a small good menu as well! Will stop again.
