I came in and bought my first car today and Jeff helped me out! He was the sweetest guy! He made sure the car had gas before I took it for a test drive and everything. He made sure I was happy with it. He truly deserves a raise. Awesome first experience.

When I went too every other p lo Ave with 1,000 down . They all wanted more money. I went too Chevy dealer looking at one car and ended up with a better car that had lesser miles. I didn't think I could get such a nice car with my low credit and low down. But they made it easy . One hour I was driving a new car. 26,000 miles vs 123,000 miles.

I'm disappointed in this lot, I had high faith in the used lot because I have had such great experiences in the main lot. Unfortunately here I am 2 months later at an 8k loss. I'm at a loss of words.

I will never do business with you guys ever again. Bought my truck there few months ago. Drove the truck not even a month and the motor was giving out on me. Spoke with my salesman and was told that his manager would give me a call and never got the call and also they wouldn’t want to talk to me regarding of the truck. You would thought they did their 5-6 point inspection but nope. The problem I have was my lifter kit wasn’t engaging so took it in for an estimate and was told $3500 to fix the problem not just that but my spark plugs were way overdue for new ones. I have also replaced my TPMS sensors and light still came back on and was told that my tires were still holding air, was service by Chevy. Friendly Chevy wasn’t willing to handle the situation like real professionals and instead ignores my calls. Good job!

I cannot say enough about Dana and Randy at Friendly Chevrolet!! They went out of their way to make the buying of this car a reality. I live in Alaska with my wife. Two of my children go to school in Minnesota and needed a car. We checked around and they agreed on one from Friendly Motors that they found on-line. They were suppose to be back in school mid March but because of the Covid the school year got upended. My son and I were able to come down now and pick up the vehicle and Randy brought it to us at the airport after making sure it was in top shape. Great customer service!!!!

Found what I was looking for had a trade in and had the deal done in the day! It was amazing how hard everyone worked so I could get the car I wanted! And even in that day!!! Awesome customer service and my sales associate Dana was amazing!!
