Chris was so very helpful, and kind. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service as well as other staff onsite. He was able to help identify the problem with my window switch and was transparent about pricing. I highly recommend this business and intend on coming back when needed

If you want to be treated poorly, &have your vehicle not actually be fixed this is the place to come to. Bad customer service, rude staff, and they add a surcharge as well. Just all around trash, & unprofessional.

I am extremely unhappy with how they have been handling the repair on my vehicle. They give you false information on your due date. Not only that but a person named Lisa there didn't have the capacity to deal with customers and had a rude tone when asked heavy questions. I was out on hold when I wasn't given an answer. This is upsetting and I am not too happy with pushing my vehicle back now another week when I waited a month. You have to call them they don't call you.

Oh, I know. But I still wouldn't trust you with any sort of business of mine. Fool me once, shame on you, and you don't get a second chance, even though I gave you guys NUMEROUS chances. Terrible customer service. Yolanda, the owner, likes to pick and choose her business. To me, you shouldn't be picky with who your customers are. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

What I asked you to do was give me a quote for new rims that you would've been able to put on while you had my car. At no point did I ask you to commit insurance fraud, and by you lying about this discussed situation, is pathetic and just shows how poor of a business you are. I definitely dont think the world is against me. Also, EVERYTHING you just said is absolutely false considering the conversation with you trying to plead with my family and I to take down a poor review I had with you after YEARS of coming to you.You make up excuses to try and keep a good name for your company when in reality you're lying. I'll be taking what I have to say to the consumers' report and the BBB. How dare you try and falsify everything and act like ike you did no wrong. You miss interpreted my question on a quote for new rims and freak out on me, you DID tell my insurance my car should be totalled, considering the adjuster called me after you had told me that to discuss why the car wasnt totalled. Stop trying to cover up everything. What did you tell me? "Let this be a learning experience for us!". Yeah. Ok. What you're doing is truly sad and pathetic. Also, YOU made the decision to contact my father he whole time, and it was something you apologized to me about on the phone, saying, "You're right, I should've been contacting you." ? You can block me on Facebook because you choose to be one-sided, but since you want to lie and slander what REALLY happened, I'll be sharing my business in better places. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT, PLEASE. ? TERRIBLE customer service.

Was car star! They are awful don't actually put the new part in and act like they did.. Came back with more damage then it went in with. When you call about your car they say it will be done then it is takes 3 more days. Had to bring back three times before giving up and leaving with a window that did not work and it never was a part of the original repairs.

Referred to fridley auto body by an insurance company. There was damage to my rear quarter panel and bumper after my civic was parked and struck by another vehicle. The shop got me in for an inspection and repairs immediately which was awesome. They quoted a week for service and they delivered, also helped get me booked for a rental which was very helpful. Chris was there every step of the way and communicated with me and the insurance company which took a lot off my plate. Highly recommend this body shop.
