I saw others expressing similar sentiments that their deals are unreliable. Either the products are tiny, or are sold out. We recently purchased the NY Strip deal (7.99/lb) and the meat was baaad!!

We somehow left the ice cream we bought between the store and car. They gave us another one! They were so helpful to orienting me around while I was looking for things too. With only two people in the store I really hope they are getting paid what they are worth!

Better shop at the store. They always get the worst of the worst delivered to me. I ordered 2 seedless watermelons but they just gave me the mini ones without telling me the replacement. Berries are always bad too. This is not the first time. Things like this didn't happen when I lived close enough to the market to go there myself.

This might be the unfriendliest FreshThyme there is.
Many staff are not sure if they are alive or working or who knows (maybe the job is that bad).
Most important, it seems they have more security personnel harassing the patrons here than all of Minneapolis PD combined.
If you enjoy the minimum-security-prison shopping experience, come on down!

I'm followed and watched when shopping Instacart orders at this store. So odd shopping here. Security gang up on you at the exit door like they are about to tackle someone sometimes laughing but, then they move out of the way and it's like, "ooookaaaay, weird!!!!?

Small selection but they have some things I can't find anywhere else in the Twin Cities. Most things are too expensive besides produce and sale items. Used to go here exclusively for my produce but stopped since, three out of the last four times I bought kale, it had bugs in it. And I don't mean a few bugs. I mean an infestation. Most of them were dead at least... if that helps?

They've been feeding me social ads for crab legs $7.99 lbs special and beef tenderloin $9.99 lbs. When out of my way to get the deals and crab legs are a joke, smallest size I've ever seen for snow crab. The beef tenderloins has been sold out since last Friday and today is Tue!! Won't be back. Do better.
