They took very good care of Gabby during her surgery. Everyone at France Avenue Pet Hospital is always caring and I can tell they love my girl as much as I do. Highly recommend them. And I have heard people saying they can’t get into their vet - I haven’t ever had that problem.

My dog was shaking and clearly in pain, and my original vet couldn’t get him in. France Ave Pet Hospital made time for him, and everyone was so warm and caring. They gave us a few options on how to handle a torn ACL. A few weeks later, my dog was bitten, and they not only got him in right away, gave him stitches, and meds, but they also checked up on us, and even let me text pictures to make sure he was healing alright! They provided amazing service and a very comforting experience all around.

We have been a part of the France Avenue Pet Hospital family for many years with multiple pets. They have always been wonderfully helpful and compassionate. Lisa has been there for our entire time, and we love interacting with her. She's such a kind and joyful person!
In the last few years we've had Dr. Travis taking care of our little furry family, and I cannot begin to tell you how grateful we are. When we adopted new kittens last year, our resident kitty begrudgingly started to acquiesce to the situation - but, then something suddenly turned and many negative behaviors started cropping up. Dr. Travis walked us through the entire process of determining what could be going on with her (an interesting mix of physical and chemical, in this case) - helping us find solutions - and, most incredibly, reaching out to us on a regular basis to check in on how things were going, reassuring us when needed, offering empathy, and holding onto hope when we were swirling and feeling that the only possible outcome was going to break our hearts. AND, he was right to have hope, as now all is well with our mostly-happy (sometimes a little hissy here and there) furry family! This is all because of him, his research, his collaboration with colleagues, his diligence, and his direction. I hope that if you have pets, you have someone like Dr. Travis taking care of them. If you do, you have the best veterinarian around!

Every time I go out of town, I make sure to drop off my diabetic dog with them and they have always taken great care of him. I've been going here for about seven years and have not had any issues.

Dr. Travis was very helpful and provided detailed explanations about the procedure; so was his assistant. Our dog went through the whole experience without a hitch.

Where to even start…. Dr. Travis was beyond amazing in the way that he treated my sick kitty. My cat was nervous and Dr. Travis met him right where he was (curled up in the corner under a chair) to take his vitals and made him feel so much more comfortable. He took the time to address all of my concerns and was overall amazing to work with. Thank you so much France Ave Pet Hospital. You will be my new primary care!!
