Complete rip off! They want to charge $10 for a drop-off fee even if the label is already paid for (prepaid).Avoid this and go to any other location

Don't bother going here. Not only do you have to pay for parking, this location charges an additional drop-off fee based on weight even if you have a pre paid label. It's in a hotel on the second floor.

They had everything I need: I used one of their computers to set up, e-sign & print my legal document, then they faxed it for me after I sent an e-copy (both required).

Armando and Tamaria are a joke. My worst experience at a print center. Wasted my time, misquoted me and had absolutely no urgency. Were literally ordering Popeyes before making sure I had what I needed and then pretended I didn't have an account with FedEx either.Would give 0 stars if possible.

I was attending a trade show that was held at this FedEx location. The clerks, Armondo and Tarini helped me with my printing needs in the morning. They were both fast and very professional.I returned after my trade show ended to send a package back to my office and Armondo took care of me and provided excellent service handling and labeling the box.I really appreciate their professionalism at this FedEx location and their dedication to customer service. I hope FedEx will employ more clerks like Armondo and Tarini at FedEx locations in the future. I've also raved about them to their manager and congratulated her for doing a fine job of training them.

I went here to have a small, quirky job printed - 11X17 transparencies. I went in and asked and originally I was told that 11x17 transparencies were not available. The manager then decided to look around a bit and called me back to the counter with great news. She found some! I really appreciated the extra time for such a small project. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you for the extra effort.

While access as a hotel guest is convenient, it's only useful if the equipment works. spent $14 to not be able to print needed documents.
