This is the best pharmacy in Minnesota!! All the employees and pharmacists are absolutely amazing and so nice it doesn't seem possible to getting any nicer or better, definitely recommend getting your prescriptions filled here.

Horrible place, run badly, billing sent me to collections and I was paying each month, no notice, just sent to collections, and they had the nerve to ask me to come for a physical. I have paid my daughters two er visits and was in the process of finishing the rest of my $6800 bill to them. EACH month I paid, no notice. They do NOT care. Very sad.

I find it rather disgusting and disturbing that a local and loyal public servant of the community is getting no help from your facility. It’s sad that they give their all to the community but aren’t receiving the help and care they deserve to better deal with their medical conditions. M Health Fairview should be ashamed of themselves!

Your customer service in the billing office is horrid, you messed up and incorrectly billed my service. I figured out the problem and found the solution. It’s been 5 months and you still can’t seem to figure it out. You don’t actually care about your employees because if you did then they would care about the customer on the line. I have told you in the most professional way how to resolve the issue and been meet with hostility from your employees, you also lack follow through. For anyone reading this review if you have another choice in care choose that one. Don’t go here. As for you figure out your customer service and how to show empathy and actually fix issues stop passing the buck.

Person could die before they could get an appointment. End up having to go to the er and paying $90.00 copay when a simple appointment would have beef sufficient.

I have had two recent experiences with m health in Andover that were both fantastic. Checkin was fast and were in a room within 10 minutes both times. Today, my seven month old was diagnosed with a ear infection and the doctor was Al sweet and offered tons of things to do to help him in addition to meds. We were in and out with meds in less than hour. Great experiences.
