I love this specialty store. Great knives and knife sharpening. They have a real pro sharpening those knives. My brother Inlaw told me about this place about 10 years ago and since then I’ll bet I make 3 maybe 4 visits a year. I love telling people about their services. I’ll be back soon.

Found this shop from a link at the Wüsthof US web site. Had two 35 year old knives I hoped to recondition. Email response was quick and informative. Ended up mailing my knives in, one for repair/reshape and one for sharpen only. 10 days from first contact I have my knives back. They are in profoundly better shape than when I sent them in. The chef’s knife actually has a tip again! Couldn’t be any happier with the entire experience and the price is amazing for the quality of the work and the quick turn around. Most highly recommended.

I brought in 6 knives for sharpening. Walked around their shop for 10 minutes checking some cool merch as having some good conversation. They had me back out and on my way with new razor-sharp edges with a quickness. Definitely my go-to from now on with all my sharpening needs. They can even sharpen ceramic blades!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I brought in a couple of knives from culinary school to be sharpened. One got bent so he chopped off a part of it from the tip and now at least I have another good blade. The last time these knives were that sharp was when I bought them!! Outstanding!!!

Once Kitchen Window closed, I was looking for a new place to take my knives to be sharpened. Came across this place on yelp and it has some great positive reviews. And they were not wrong. Friendly staff. Took less than 5 minutes to drop off my knives. One of which had chips in it. I didn't need them back the same day so opted to pick it up a different day. Pickup was just as smooth. They had it all wrapped up and ready to go. I had 8 knives, including two serrated and one with a chipped blade and a pair or kitchen shears. They did a great job on all of it fixed it all up. And it cost me $41 which I believe to be a resonable price for it. Until I figure out how to do this myself, I will be using them to get my knives sharpened and have found my new knife store in the cities.

We used the mail in sharpening option. Followed their directions to package, insure, and mail knives on a Thursday, they received over the weekend. They sharped them, packaged very nice/secure, and mailed them back to me. I received them the following Friday. Only 8 days the whole process took. Eversharp did an amazing job sharpening my knives better than when new. It goes without saying that I need to respect my knives. Fast, effective process, fast, courteous email communication. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and two smiling face emoji’s for Eversharp!

Had a great experience. I took a few Wusthof knives there as a test case last year, and was very pleased so I took in the rest. I just dropped off the whole set again after a year and can't wait to bring them home and try them out. Also in addition to being excellent, they are incredibly fast. I just dropped off about 14 knives and they'll be done in 25 minutes. Can't recommend them highly enough
