Constant missed pick-ups (and partial pick-ups, that I have to clean up myself). I've lost count of how many times I found my recycling can tipped in the middle of the road. Thought it was kids till I caught Eureka.I will say that half the time they are perfect. But the weakest link breaks the chain.

I had a great experience on my tour here. Many of the poor reviews are about personal grievances with collection services, etc., but the people of Eureka care and that's more than can be said about many private, for profit recycling companies.
