I got a junk car and spend a lot of money on fixing the issues. Plus the service is not professional, I don’t receive the title after purchased the car about 2 month there. They hired a lady at desk in there very rude and uneducated, poor service and no upbringing at all.

They're good people and seem to be lenient with low income customers so I feel bad giving a low score. If your credit is really bad, this might be a decent option if you're a mechanic yourself.The car was very dirty on the inside. Which is fine, but you'd think they'd find what time to vacuum it. But then the alignment was so bad, a tire got shredded right away despite being in pretty good condition.It started bumping really, really badly. I thought maybe it just needed a bearing or control arm, but the entire front suspension was blown out and and the whole front axel assembly and sway bar needed to be replaced, a long with the control arm, bearing and all four tires (likely due to poor alignment). The axel boot was also punctured and spraying oil everywhere so I had to fill it constantly.Sadly, the warranty had JUST expired at this point because I had just crossed 30 days. I still owe over $800 on this vehicle but have to spend around $3000 making it safe to drive in winter it and I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to do.They're good people and I wish I could recommend this place. Sadly, I wouldn't really recommend it unless you're a mechanic who can install the parts at home.-David

I purchased a vehicle on a Saturday, couple things wrong with it, but they weren't that big of a deal. AC wasn't working, not that big of a deal. I rolled down windows to get some air. When I got home, the stupid drivers back window wouldn't roll up. So I brought it back on Monday, brought home a really nice looking Saturn Vue. Just a couple of small cosmetic issues. Stopped to get gas on the way home. The vehicle would not go into reverse. Tranny was slipping bad!! Decided we were done buying anything from these guys. So we brought back the Saturn and wanted my down payment back, which was $1300 in cash. They didn't have my cash, sooo I have to run back down there yet another time!!! Problem is, they don't let you take any vehicles for a test drive. Would not recommend this place at all for buying a vehicle!!! All they have is junk!!!?

My car recently broke down took it to this shop they told me it was a head gasket/ vacuum leak and recommend a replace whole engine took to a different shop and they told me that the timing chain skipped and bent a vale when I went to pay for them diagnosing it they originally quoted me $56 but tried to charge me $110 aka 1 “mechanic hour” wouldn’t recommend
