Their service and sales have kept me a loyal customer for 10+ years because of their values.I have used their rental service for sound and lighting for mobile events, festivals, & night clubs.I've purchased almost all my personal equipment from EMI. I love the fact if anything happens they give a loaner during the repair so I'm never down!I have also contracted EMI for permanent sound and lighting installs. We are currently in the works of another project!

I had EMI do a 'slip tape' repair on my 10 year old Kawai Concert Artist CA95 digital piano. Luke came to the house, disassembled the piano, took the keyboard back to the shop and got it back to me within a week. Plays like a new piano. Couldn't be happier.If anyone is interested in what a 'slip tape' repair entails, EMI has a great 40 second YouTube video that shows it all.May the force be with you, Luke!

Every time I've needed audio equipment the EMI employees have been super helpful. A few days ago I called in with a couple questions before placing an order online. I got a real human right away. He answered my questions, and he said he'd get it shipped same day. To make it even better, instead of shipping it, a store employee PERSONALLY DELIVERED IT TO MY HOME! Wow! Totally unexpected! I was able to use it for teaching that very night. Highly recommend them for their amazing customer service and quality products!

Johan and Brandon came to our church to help us re-adjust our sound system. Both men were very courteous and very professional. They took the time necessary to adjust our system and trouble shoot our issues and fix the problem without any extra charge. Also they both were very patient in teaching and training our sound tech. on our system. Would highly recommend EMI Audio for your audio needs.

I am renting from EMI and have treated with such professionalism. I brought my presentation early to see how it would look on a screen and Colin was so helpful rehearsing the set up and making sure we’d be comfortable when the day comes. Customer service and equipment are tops. Thank you!

Whether renting or buying the guys at EMI are always super informative and the truly care about what they do. This a small business I get behind all day! Prices for rentals are great and selection is vast! Go check the store and tell them Trog sent ya!

I've been following EMI for a while on Instagram, but this was my first purchase from them. My experience has been outstanding! I submitted a request for a quote online, and within two hours I had a detailed proposal from Chris. My new DJ equipment is on its way as we speak, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. Up until now I had been using some of the large national equipment retailers (you can guess who I mean), but I look forward to using EMI for my future needs.
