East Hennepin Auto Service in Mpls is my absolute favorite for vehicle care. Their exceptional service is unparalleled, ensuring my vehicle always runs at its best. I recently brought vehicle in for brakes, oil change and alignment. They were up front on pricing and kept me in the loop on progress and was in and out same day.
These guys are the best of the best.

I had been going to East Hennepin Auto Service for years with great experience. The ownership recently changed and I was pleasantly surprised by how organized and professional the new ownership is. My alternator had damaged my battery. After replacing my alternator, Jake replaced my battery (that still had a two year warranty) for free. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone. Very great communication and customer service!

I had an emergency brake that needed to get repaired; and within an urgent timeframe since I was going to leave town for a family emergency. I was referred to this hidden gem by Troy from Troy's Corner Auto Care. This is their new second location.
Per Troy's referral, my husband and I first called to see if we can get our car in and repaired on the same day since we were on a time crunch. Jake was very personable and answered all our questions and concerns; and we were able to drop the car off that very morning.
Upon arriving, the shop was clean, welcoming, and well furnished. Jake's customer service was refreshing. He greeted me with friendly professionalism and continued to answer any questions I had. My car was taken in immediately for assessment and then Joe (Technician) came through to explain further about my brake pads and rotors. When I needed elaboration to understand what happened, Joe took his time to explain in plain language for me, which I really appreciate. While waiting in the lobby, I enjoyed the candid conversations and learning about the history of the two sister auto shop. I also love that they work with local vendors so my parts arrived within 15 minutes and within another 10-15 minutes my car was repaired and out the door. All this happened in a little over 1 hour! I left the shop with great relief and comfort, but also just deep appreciation and trust for Troy, Jake, Joe, and their team for my car health! I only wish I knew about them sooner.
Customer service, communication, and overall repair work were impeccable. Prices are also very affordable, and no hidden fees! I highly recommend this establishment for your auto service.

I had a wonderful experience at East Hennepin Auto Services. They did a great job changing my oil at a reasonable price. I was delighted to find out that they are a full-service gas station also. It is a friendly atmosphere and I will return.

Came here multiple times for a tire repair. Wanted to get a brake inspection due to my brake light coming on and off. Mechanic said it’s a leak in the back but didn’t know what it was…I literally paid for them to tell me what is going on. Likely being petty because I said my dad would replace my brakes for me. Seemed to be more mad about my expired tabs than giving my car a proper diagnosis. I will take my business elsewhere but I am highly pissed off because my family has been using them for years and spoke highly of them. You did an inspection but couldn’t tell me the problem. My front brakes got replaced after and I still have a brake light issue. Definitely not cool.

This place is great. I have a ‘93 Chevy and got turned away from multiple other shops in the area due to its age. These guys have been in the business for decades and definitely know their stuff. Had some problems with acceleration and they checked it out for me free of cost. Trustworthy, straight up, and good communicators. Highly recommend, especially for those with older vehicles. My go to place from here on out!

Wonderful experience. They were very upfront with pricing and didn’t add any hidden fees at the till. They were able to explain to me what was wrong and how they’d go about fixing it. They even sold me a new tire for super cheap! You can tell they like what they do. This will be my go-to auto shop as long as I’m in the cities!
