Stopped in on Monday to inquire about an oil change. They said come back Tuesday before 11. I did and they said they were too busy come back Wednesday. Businesses should follow through on their word.

Horrible experience with this location. Called and spoke with a nice person, he gave me a reasonable quote and we scheduled to drop off my car a few days later. I was told someone would be there as early as 7am. I pulled up at 8:30am, it was completely deserted. I left my car and called several times AFTER 9am (when they should have been open). I eventually left a message saying I left my car so they knew it was there.
At 4:30pm, I had heard nothing from them. I called and the person on the phone was basically oblivious to my scheduled repair. I went back and picked up my car, which had been moved in the lot but had no work done on it. The lot was extremely disorganized and no one seemed to be in charge. Needless to say, I will be going somewhere else and do not recommend this garage.

Summary: Cannot do a simple oil change. I highly recommend you do not go here.
I went to this shop on April 22nd, 2024. This was for an oil change on my 2016 Mazda 3, which cost around $56. East Hennepin Auto Care did not properly reinstall my oil plug and washer (shown below, the larger one is the correct size). This negligence resulted in my car losing most of its oil over the span of three weeks. I highly recommend you do not take your vehicle to this shop.

I don't know where all these five-star reviews are coming from. But they are neither fast or inexpensive. Dragged their feet on a repair that should at most taken an hour. This place piggybacks on the reputation of a much better shop down the road with a similar name.I foolishly gave this place a shot. Despite having a gut feeling, it would turn out badly. Don't make the same mistake I did and go somewhere else.

Cannot thank these guys enough. My daughter’s alternator light went on right before the holiday and being out of state, I worried about her getting scammed, but these guys are honest, have good prices and quick service. They even gave her a discount! Will definitely keep this place in mind for future car repairs!

I can't thank these guys enough for the wonderful job they've done. Took my vehicle there for oil change and I had my engine light on, they diagnosed the problem for free and fix my vehicle for a reasonable price.
