I've been coming here regularly for about a year to buy cards and play Magic the Gathering. Some of the staff recognize me and I appreciate that. Even those staff I'm not familiar with are responsive and helpful. My preferred local game store in Minneapolis.

Customer service has plummeted. My family has been coming in ever since its opening. We came in mothers Day a few minutes past opening. Notice how we were ignored by staff, but everyone else was quickly greeted and asked if they were looking for something. Even looked at the case with magic cards next to an employee. Not once asked if I was interested. Usually the staff is so friendly to everyone.

Twice now going to this location and not being able to hardly accomplish anything. Staff are short/rude. If you’re not a ‘local’ you might as well not go.

Great store! Has lots of cards games like Yugioh, Pokémon and Magic The Gathering. Really cool comic book shop with board games available and amazing collectible figurines and build sets. Highly recommend stopping by if you haven’t yet!

Used to come here all the time for Magic, but now I just come to pick up card orders. Their online site is still good, and ships quickly with good prices. I wouldn't play games here any more, though. They've stopped playing any music, so it feels dead and empty. It's sad, this used to be one of my favorite local stores.

My family and I always enjoy coming into Dreamers Vault. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the team are really helpful. The back half of shop is an area for people to come and play, and they host games throughout the month.
