I wrote customer service on Sunday night. By the time I opened my e-mail the next morning Jocelyn had written me back. She had great e-mail etiquette. She had a suggestion for what part she thought I needed from my email. Then I sent her a picture and she was so appreciative and found me the exact part that I needed. All of this happened before noon on Monday! Thank you for having efficient and knowledgeable people on your staff such as Jocelyn! I really appreciate all of her help.Thanks Jocelyn!Jill

I am responding to Mrs. BARB j. I find it very interesting that you are stating my experience with Dream Duffel was skewed or inaccurate when I have never had 1 interaction with you. I will address all of the inaccuracies with your reply. 1. I never "threatened " anyone with a review, and I am offended. I simply stated that I can honestly feel why people feel so strongly to write reviews due to the amount of disrespect and rudeness that customers are given. I also mentioned to Mr. Bob J. That although, I do not usually write reviews , I would be leaving one. AFTER he was so rude and insulting and calling me names. I do not have a reason to lie about my experience. I asked if he even read the reviews posted, because I should have taken the reviews into consideration prior to purchasing mine. He stated. "There was only 1 bad review." When I pointed out that there were several regarding poor customer service, he proceeded to tell me " he may look into it." 2. No one from Dream Duffel "responded immediately " to any of my correspondence. 3. Not only did you "communicate" that my solution was not an option ( which was to replace the Duffel bag), I was insulted by Mr. Bob J. With a reply that "I was being illogical " and he was "not going to do that." When I pointed out that I was respectful and courteous to him and expected the same without the insults, he then stated. " I was not calling you illogical, but your thinking. If you think you will get the Duffel replaced." I do not have a reason to lie about my experience with your organization. I am educated, and I know the definition of rude and insulting. As many people have posted, Mr. Bob J and the Customer Service Rep were rude and insulting. Instead of taking the time to respond with more lies to "fit your narrative," you should take the time to review the reviews and see how Dream Duffel can improve on customer service.

Great product, even better people and service. I had a handle break on an older bag (our fault). I order the wrong parts online (my fault) twice. I happen to be local so I went by their store and they fixed them bag while I waited for FREE! Great company!

I am so appreciative of the amazing customer service and the responsiveness this company provided to help resolve my issue with a product. I’ve been a long-time customer with 3 competitive dancers, and the customer service experience (plus the great products), will absolutely keep me coming back!

I purchase a medium black duffel bag back in February for my daughter and then shortly after our bag was stolen after someone broke into our car. I reached out to the store here in Plymouth. When I say they was so understanding and nice to our family. They gave us 50% discount on our replacement bag and threw in accessories free of charge. They help relieve the stress and anguish for this 1st year Competition Dance Mom! The quality of the duffel is top tier. The customer service is amazing! I didn’t purchase in store, but I did order online. We bought 2 mini duffels for my 2 competitors, and an extra extension, plus a curtain. We have used them for dress rehearsal, and one competition and are getting ready for 2 more competitions coming up. I’ve been impressed so far with the craftsmanship, the customer service, and just the overall innovation. These are AMAZINGLY helpful. My oldest daughter has been on the competition team for three years already and I regret not making this purchase sooner.

My daughter has had her bag for 3 years and the zipper broke over this past weekend. We stopped to see if they could help us with it or if we would need a new one. They fixed it right up!! Great customer service!

We have had our bag for a few years and have had nothing but trouble with it. I have contacted the company multiple times and they refused to help with the issue until I pushed them the first time. Every other time something broke, they have flat out refused. Their trolley system is very poorly designed and breaks very easily. They know this, because it was recently redesigned and is being marketed as improved. The company has very bad customer service and refuses to replace or fix any issues you may have. The owner herself blamed us for the handle and trolley system breakage. She actually called my daughter irresponible and accused her of breaking the bag. I do not write bad reviews, I believe this is a first for me. But I do hope this helps someone else from making the same mistake I did when I purchased this bag.

I purchased this bag in 2019 for my daughter. We have had nothing but problems with this bag since the beginning. In the first year, the trolley system broke and I contacted the company. Our warranty had just expired and they refused to help me at first. After a few emails, they reluctantly sent us a new system. Not even a year later, the trolley system broke again. I contacted the company and they refused to help me. I replaced it myself, only for the system to break a 3rd time within months of use. I recently contacted the company again and they refused to help me in any way. In fact, they became rude and nasty towards me. I contacted the owner of the comany, who called me incompetent because we couldn't figure out how to fix the issue by watching a video that they made. My question is, why did they need to create a video, if there are no issues with the trolley system? She also accused my daughter of being irrisponsible with the bag. The design of the trolley system is faulty and has since been redesigned, which tells me they are aware of the issue. The owner told me that the bag is not designed to go up stairs, over a curb, or on a plane. None of these things we did. She accused me of being irrisponsible by leaving my bag unattended and that my child could have caused the bag to break while it was unattended. She was extremely rude, would not allow me to speak, and extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this bag to anyone.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. I ordered a Dream Duffel and the once assembled, the garment rack clearly did not fit the duffel correctly or match the photographs depicted online. The crossbar was too wide for the support bars, creating a bowing effect that overtime could compromise or break the supports. I contacted the company and they did not stand behind their product. Would not send me a replacement beam and would not return the defective product without subtracting shipping fees both directions. They sent me a return label and indicated 'We would send an electronic shipping label and deduct that shipping cost from your refund once we receive your return." Poor quality and customer service.

My daughter is an avid dancer and we needed to upgrade her competition dance bag so purchased the largest Dream Duffel ($350) in 2020. That was three years ago, the first year was 2020 and we didn't use the Duffle at all since all our dance competitions were cancelled due to COVID. The second year of using the bag a strap broke off the side! This year, on the way to our second dance competition the other part of the side strap broke off, making hauling this s***** in and out of cars incredibly difficult! To make matters worse, the Duffle handle literally snapped apart - luckily it was on our way back to the car after the final competition. The quality sucks! How can major things like a handle and strap break off after two years of use!? Its not like we are throwing the darn thing around, we use it for dance costumes, hair products, make up and accessories! To add insult to injury, the customer service lady was super rude and basically said I needed to dig up my warranty to get any movement. She had 0 apology or anything to say in defense of their crap product. I do NOT recommend this bag for the price.
