For the love of God don’t ship your items via DHL. I have used them twice in my life to great and utter failure. Most recent time I had an urgent package that was supposed to come last Thursday. It went from Cincinnati to Minneapolis where it was supposed to be delivered. But then inexplicably these complete idiots sent my package to Guadalajara Mexico where it now has been stranded for 4 days with no resolution. DHL is an incompetent shipping company that hopefully will go out of business soon. Was told today i would receive an update on my lost package. Never happened. DHL lies to their customers. I’m working on filing a complaint with the state attorney general’s officeUpdate: now DHL has said it will take 10 weeks to clear Mexican customs for the package they sent to the wrong country. DHL is a disgrace.

It was sincerely, unfathomably dismal to have an item shipped via DHL, something I didn't even choose to have inflicted upon me. I was advised that the courier would be delivering my package between 6:30 and 8:30pm, and around 6:30 got a notification that my package would be delivered in a few stops. Great! I went down to my building's lobby to meet the courier as I need this package ASAP. I watched on the tracking map for an hour as the courier went all around my neighborhood, including through my intersection twice, making no attempt to deliver to me. I even watched the DHL van drive through my intersection the second time, vanishing into the twilight. Then, come 7:30, with one hour left in the delivery window, they called the whole thing off and said I wasn't home to receive the package that I never needed to be present to have delivered. They didn't even try. Dreadful experience. This is a deeply unserious business. Heed my words: do not ship anything via DHL and may God ward you from anyone who wishes to inflict DHL upon you.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the tracking process for my recent shipment handled by USA BEANCH. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention.Even the employee at the desk is not respecting the customer and he was using dirty word in front of us . All this experience let me not to deal with DHL any more

The company routinely misses the deliveries and lies about it. Mostly commonly they say that the business was closed, other times that they could not find it. That is, even if business a 20.000sqft dental facility right there, on a main street. Of all the shippers in the area, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon, this one is, by far, the worst. 6 incidents so far this year, most recent being yesterday.

Can I give zero stars? On hold, hung up on, operators pretending that they cannot hear you- hello, hello, are you there? plus not one person in a shipping company knows the port of export for their company. Unbelievable. Not only that, their supervisors are always in a different department and you mysteriously get cut off - again and over and over. Worthless company-

Very disappointed in their shipping service & customer service... I waited over 2 months to receive a package that had 5 product samples in it... They delivered it to the wrong address. The proof of delivery shows a different house door. I drove a round the block looking for it. They sent the delivery guy back out to try get the package that he brought to the wrong address.. Pretty ridiculous that their delivery drivers don't know how to read an address.... On top of that they would not tell me any info on where they delivered the package nor would they let me contact the driver so I could try find out where it was delivered.... DHL wasted away 2 months of my time along with pushed back production of my business for 2 months now we are held up for 2 months for no reason missing out on sales and money... I'm very disappointed how they were not able to help me at all... I would have been willing to go out of my way to make sure I got the package. But they were no help and cant even point me in the right direction where I could try attempt to recover my package my self.... 0 stars

I can't believe this happened to me, but Amazon Japan arranged for DHL to deliver my package. I waited outside my front door for 45 minutes during the delivery window, but you won't believe what happened next - I checked my phone and it said the package had been delivered! But where was it? I went to ask DHL and they told me that the GPS showed they had been in the delivery area. You know GPS can be inaccurate, but I trust my own eyes, and no one had come to deliver the package to my house. DHL is the worst delivery option, and I never use their services. Trust me, it's worth paying more for FEDEX for reliable service.

Best staff ever!! It has been a struggle trying to ship internationally. I've tried USPS, FedEx. USPS works sometimes, but not well in places they don't have a station. Fed Ex is very complicated to send as a business.DHL has stations all across the world and specializes in International shipping.I haven't sent a package successfully yet through DHL, but the confidence and help I received from the staff made me hopeful.Whelp!! We shall see!! Yippie!!!

I have traveled all around the Twin Cities looking for a DHL site that can actually assist me - to no avail - until I got to the airport - Cargo Rd location. Met up with Will who did a great job helping me with 3 boxes to different Middle East locations. Thank You Will! Came back again today 5/9 and Will again did an excellent job! Thanks Will

Worst shipment experience even compare to USPS! Their website is a total mess! I've rescheduled my package to be delivered on another day and got the confirmation on the website, but the packages have been delivered the day that I was not at home and even not in the time window that their text message indicated as the delivery period! I asked them to call me at the time of arrival before dropping off the boxes and they didn't! It took me 25 minutes to get home after I got the delivery text message and the boxes were gone! I paid 600$ to have those boxes all the way from another part of the world to the US! and there were lots of personal non-replaceable items in them! After 3 days of communication with their customer service, they didn't even bother to offer a proper apology because of what happened to my boxes!

The shipping was fast and showed up three days early so major props to DHL for that. The problem is what I ordered was very expensive and I live in a large apartment building with a history of people stealing packages so I didn't agree to waiving the signature, but the deliver driver obviously forged a signature and just left it in the lobby of the building. Thankfully I was home and grabbed it after checking my email and seeing it was supposed to be here, but when people specify they want it to be signed for I think the company should respect that. Sometimes there's a legitimate reason people don't waive the signature.
