HORRIBLE company. I echo the countless other reviewers reporting that drivers simply never show up. Not during the delivery time window, not before, not after. Then they send a "sorry we missed you!" email. You missed me because YOU NEVER SHOW UP to deliver the package. Do not waste your money on this non-service. If you are to receive a package, plead with the sender to use some other company. They don't provide the service they were paid to do, blame you for it, and you end up having to pick up the package yourself (i.e., do their job for them).

This company has the worst delivery service EVERRrrrrrrrrrrrrrr . Every time I have a packages delivered they leave my packages where people can steal them . I live in an apartment building and we have lockers . That they suppose to put the packages in the lockers and they don’t put them in there . They just leaving them . I don’t even want them to deliver my packages no more . I will pick them up from the location. I really hate delivery companies. Because they don’t care if you get your packages or not. Get better workers that care and know how to read .

If I could leave zero stars I would.
Wednesday: package undeliverable because my address somehow copied over incorrectly from the company I ordered from. So, I updated the address which accidentally undid my contactless delivery preference.
Thursday: package could not be delivered because I wasn’t home to sign. I called customer service and they said I could pick it up from the courier location. When I get to the courier location they tell me it’s on the truck for delivery. I am assured it’s going to be delivered but I’d need to sign.
Friday: I take the day off from work so I can be home to sign. I call customer service to insure it will be delivered and they say that because I opted to pick it up, it now needs to be picked up. So, drive to the courier location to get it and they tell me they felt bad about the previous day so they hand delivered it to the driver and told them it needs to be delivered. So, now I have no idea when I’m going to get my package.
This has been a VERY frustrating situation. Getting in a touch with a real customer service agent to speak with is VERY difficult and there seems to be a lot of miscommunication between the courier location, their drivers, and the DHL customer service. I don’t have an option to work with DHL because I order from this company a lot; however, if I could, I would choose to necer work with DHL ever again.

We stopped here to ship an international package and Will from the front desk staff was amazing. He was knowledge, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we had the information we needed to get our package delivered. He also helped us collaborate with Karen (an extremely knowledgeable rep from the hazardous goods division) to ensure our package met DHLs policies and was delivered safely. I want to recognize them both for their help and for providing a great experience!

My comments are strictly for the service we received from Will Bergstrom at the MSP location. My daughter’s suitcase needed to be shipped from Florence, Italy to Minneapolis, MN. The DHL office in Florence did a very poor job getting the correct classification for her bag, and we found out later that it was twice as expensive as her roommate’s similar bag delivered via FedEx. Because of the errors of the Florence, Italy shop, customs thought my daughter was an importer and required another $100++ to release her bag. Will Bergstrom, at the MSP location, went above and beyond to help get this worked out from the moment he picked up my daughter’s call from the airport baggage area. He was cool, courteous and very committed to help us understand the problem, and to assure us that the bag would not be shipped back to Italy. His communication and responsiveness was first class all the way to delivery. We did not have to pay the tariffs because he helped us fill out the form correctly, and he kept us informed on the progress over the next several days of waiting. Will would be an asset to any company, and should certainly be recognized by his superiors. Maybe the whole culture is like that at the MSP location, but Will is certainly an example for the culture there.

DHL was supposed to deliver a package to our home, but claimed it needed a signature. We were home all day. The driver claimed he came to the door and no one was home. That is a lie, we have cameras and our dog would have barked, he was never here. This is the second time I’ve had trouble getting DHL to properly deliver a package to me. This will be the second time I’ve had to drive to their facility to pick up a package. From their reviews, it seems this is a typical experience as a DHL package recipient. I wish I could permanently opt out of DHL deliveries.

DHL is awful. Be wary of having things shipped by them. They delivered an extremely expensive and special delivery to the complete wrong address - to a business or something? I cannot believe they are incapable of doing their job of simply delivering the package to the correct address. I am extremely frustrated and hope it can be recovered or I am reimbursed for my package.

Literally someone elses signature, delivered to the wrong address, Late, and 0 customer service to help. Often times, international things are expensive. LOOK FOR ALTERNATIVES.

Absolutely incompetent, they had my address, took a picture of it, but it was at a completely different location than my actual house. Literally the wrong location. No way to actually contact a human being about this on the phone, and the only supposedly human being is a live chat option on their website who has no empathy. The level of customer service is abysmal, companies should go above and beyond for their customers and this is atrocious.
