I hit the highly dissatisfied button just a few seconds ago at the Minneapolis DGX location at 3:31pm on 07/07/2024. Adrienne was my cashier. It was NOT on purpose. She was very helpful with my cigarette selection and even let me know they won’t be selling tmrw due to price changes. Thank you!

Prices are high compared to other convenience stores nearby. Staff are too busy on their phones to answer questions. The sign on the bathroom says ask associate for key, but the cashier says they do not have a public bathroom.

Super nice guys working there! I came in late with my two year old son in a stroller and there was a kind man that greeted us, really tall guy. He was really sweet and gave my son a sucker to make his day! He made both of our day! Thank you! :)

There was in a bad place no parking very bad place and merchant is very slow I said only for one charger they don’t know wait is charger I don’t want to remember it.

Very nice employees. Greeting cards at great prices. Variety of items when needed in a pinch. Just look at expiration dates.

Not Sure If These Stars Is Even Worth Giving after getting yelled at by thia old white guy working the cash register did not know how to woek thw register but said out of nowhere in front of security and other customers that Im holding up the line and then told at during the whole moment there that I need to leave as in gett out. Hes should never again be allowed to workIn the store either. Many other times he has yelled at customers and said nasty things to customers while standing in line.Need District Corporate on this not the store manager with the glasses.

They originally had a theft issue, so you had to leave your bag behind the counter. Then they had an issue with people's bags getting stolen, so they moved where you keep your bags... Right next to the door. Yeah, we ain't doin that.

if you're going to experience the "x" part, don't even waste your time. ain't nothing extreme about it. photos are hella misleading cause it do not look like that at all lbs. you're way better off going to a regular DG cause I guarantee it'll be twice the size of this "DGX" and you won't have to pay for parking.

Terrible.Customer service is non existent.Last time I was there,though it wasn't crowded,there were no shopping carts or baskets available.The cashiers are rude & unattentive,& my recent visit ended with the girl insulting my intelligence by trying to ridiculously overcharge me.Avoid this store at all costs.

Don't sleep on DGX! It's got a good selection for a small grocery store - they have produce and a wide range of other household necessities too! All very reasonably priced. Much cheaper than Whole Foods and easier to navigate than Target. The store manager is incredibly friendly!!
