This should not be a UPS Access Point. I've tried to get my package 3 times well within their posted business hours and they are ALWAYS CLOSED.

Does NOT open at 10:30, despite what their online and physical store hours say. They are definitely a "we open when we open" store.

Came here twice already so far and still don't have my package, because the hours they post on their door and that are online they don't abide by.

Came to pick up my packages after their store was supposed to be open. For a store with such limited hours for people to come get their packages, you should be open when you say you’re going to.

This is the worst ups access point. Never open when they say. Like then we all have a life to attend to. Why have a business if you don’t care to open your store or let people know you are not opening at certain times like you have specified

I had to go use the pay bill features. Went in, felt safe. Fairly clean. The lady who served me was very efficient, nice, professional, fast. I appreciated this experience ! I recommend it !

Needed to drop off a UPS package for a return. I was in an out in less than a minute — if even that. Exceedingly happy with how simple they made this.
