Had a pharmacist tell me my prescription was expired and I needed an appointment to get it prescribed again. Had to wait a while for new insurance to get set up and went back for more info. Different pharmacist said to make appointment at the minute clinic to get new prescription. I made one for a few days later. Day of the appointment got a message that my prescription was ready. Apparently they could have refilled it the first time by contacting the doctor without me ever needing an appointment since that’s what they did and I had to cancel the appointment.Got a text that my prescription was ready weeks after I picked it up. On hold for 40 minutes at a time and no one answering. Called a different pharmacy who said cvs put in a request for a refill for a medication that lasts months three weeks after I picked it up. The prescription was also expired and out of refills and from a clinic my insurance no longer covers. I literally have to drive to the pharmacy to get any answers since they won’t pick up the phone. Opting out of automatic refills is apparently also useless

Everything was great, computer/registers where having issues (slow load times) but Jenny kept the line moving and laughing.

This pharmacy is good I've been going there for years. Always on time and never longer than a 10 min wait. If there is a line they're on top of it.

Multiple times I have tried to call and sat on hold for over an hour. Once I even drove there while on hold and when I showed up they were just standing there ignoring the phone as it rang.If you want your prescriptions don’t expect to get them here.

Jenny the pharmacy tech who administered my flu shot was amazing! If you have a fear of needles, she's your girl!!!!! I never felt the shot at all.

This location can get VERY busy and sometimes you have a wait for your meds. I also wish they would stop automatically refilling my meds

Absolutely the WORST. Perhaps borderline negligent. They have been screwing up my prescriptions for far too long. They are non-responsive. Do not even bother to try to contact them on phone. You are sent to phone answering system purgatory. One time I had my provider contact them to straighten out an order and they spent tons of time in phone hell and ended up billing me for that time. They will intervene between you and your provider on prescriptions and decide not to fill your prescription by their "better judgement". They make decisions about your medicines without seeing your records or discussing them with you or your provider. When they disallow one of your prescriptions, they do not bother to notify you and when you try to contact them...see above. Terrible at communication.Their Web App is next to useless in trying to correct problems. The web app tells me that the problem is cleared, yet the pharmacy location will not follow up on it.I switched pharmacies before this had a chance to do any serious damage to my health care.

Tried calling and they are closed from 1:30-2 which is fine. However, I wanted to leave a voice message for the pharmacy but their system kept disconnecting.

Impossible to contact by phone. I’ve been on hold for an hour and a half, just to have my call disconnected. This has happened multiple times. The pharmacist is also super unprofessional, one time he yelled the name of my prescription from way back behind the counter so the entire line behind me could hear. Prescriptions are NEVER ready when promised and the staff is usually rude and combative. Staff is routinely seen joking around and talking to each other while ignoring customers and moving extremely slowly. Another CVS location once sold me an expired prescription and then told me it was my fault (inside Roseville MN target) but the cumulative number of bad experiences at this location makes it even worse than that. Every single time I pick up a prescription either 1) I have a bad experience or 2) I witness staff treat someone else badly. They also make it impossible to escalate complaints or get a call back from corporate. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life and I’m a retail veteran. Avoid if you possibly can.
