This pharmacy doesn’t even deserve one star. It deserves no stars. Staff is no good. Unprofessional, poor customer service, and racist. Broken so many HIPAA laws yet Target still has these people. Do not come here if you want to wait around all day and play games with your prescriptions. If they have made a mistake, they will blame you instead of themselves. None of them want to work there so they take out their anger on customers. Older white blonde lady with dark frame glasses has told me she can’t understand me so she can’t help me. I’ve seen her do the same thing to me with other people. She’s very entitled to be working at a pharmacy. Is only respectful to her own race which is white people. I’ve never seen her being respectful to people who are not white. Older black lady has told several people including me that “it’s not her problem” and to “move over because I can’t help you”. Staff is not friendly and doesn’t know how to do their job. Do not come here.

Yet another truly terrible CVS. It takes forever to get through to speak with someone, their automated phone tree rarely works properly, and there’s no communication from the pharmacy when your prescriptions are ready. Some of the worst prices, and that’s if they actually have what you need in stock.

You have to babysit these pharmacist to make sure you get your medication, apparently there was an issue with my prescription and nobody called to tell me and now I'm calling to check on it and finding out I wasted a full week waiting

My doctor told me they had send my prescription there and so I had my sister go pick it up for me they told my sister that they didn’t accept my insurance. They told me I had to call in my insurance to do a transfer I called and they told me that I had to call the pharmacy to do that so I did they didn’t answer the phone. I really need my medicine.

CVS has chosen not to be a compounding Pharmacy. If you need a compound prescription don't waste your time with CVS.

One of the worst, most unprofessional pharmacies I have ever dealt with. There has been 1 helpful employee I’ve encountered, the rest seem to be unqualified and should not be working in a pharmacy. Have also been lied to by the pharmacist and wasted tons of my time calling another pharmacy as she told me to. Thanks for the inconsistent information and waste of time, can’t wait till I move so I don’t have to deal with this place ever again.

I'm going to give this 5 stars for the employees who work there every day. None of the bad reviews are fair because this location was looted in 2020 and dealt with a horrible crime problem yet they continue to operate despite this. These employees are gold. That being said, you might want to look elsewhere if you need something urgently. It's not their fault, just short staffed and high turnover.

Have had frequent problems where the is an "issue" with my prescription, this CVS will call be once, not leave a message and will not tell me what is wrong. The only way for me to get more information is to directly call the pharmacy and wait on hold for an hour or more.
