Everyone at this location is so nice and helpful. CVS should give them really good raises or buy them delicious food everyday. I hate everything related to medicine and they make picking up a RX I don’t want to be on better and I am so grateful.

An associate here went above and beyond to source a last minute prescription for me before I had to leave town. I’m between insurance and I just couldn’t have gotten this necessity in time had it not been for this person who went to town and did her homework for me! TYSM!!!!

They recently changed their staffing, so both times I have gone in this week I have had to wait in line for ~30 minutes. The parking ramp the way it is, I almost had to pay even with the voucher (had to wait for ~53 minutes - absolutely ridiculous!). This just shows the higher-ups don't care AT ALL about their customers and only the almighty dollar. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This location has been awesome to work with since I transferred all of my rx's from the Walgreens a couple blocks away. The personal service is greatly appreciated.

I have been a long time customer of the CVS Pharmacy in Target at 900 Nicollet Mall. The staff is the best - they are kind, consistent, hard working and knowledgeable and most importantly they take great care of customers. I can't say enough good things about this team. I highly recommend this location - you won't be disappointed.

Interesting Customers at 9 am. Store was very tidy and clean. I was only disappointed with the price of my medication, $98 for a tube of Advair. Iguess I'll go back to the Veterans Admin., as there it is $8.. Too bad that Target gives no discounts for veterans, nor for seniors.

It’s a lady named Lorrell and she’s disgusting towards black people. Everytime I come in she makes me feel uncomfortable, I’ve overheard little racist and snide comments from her in the pharmacy. Do not come to this CVS it’s disgusting.

Rude and ornery staff. They seem to work harder to make sure you do not get what you need, than the effort they put in to help you. I was standing in line, like a normal person, and when it was my turn to get to the pick-up window, the clerk, named Kelsy, asked with a rude tone if I had budged in front of all the people behind me, as though she didn't see me standing there for the last 10 min, she accused me of "budging" which made me go "really?" petty s**** Then Kelsy was generally rude while helping me, but made a point of being overly nice to everyone else. while I was waiting in line for those ten min, a clerk who had just finished a transaction, looked me in the eye and walked away, not saying, we'll help you soon, or acknowledging me in any way. I also had to wrestle with them to fill the prescription my doctor had already called in, I had a confirmation text, from CVS, about my medicine being ready and I had called the automated service and the electronic call line also stated my meds would be ready. finally, after a lot of conversations and issues, they told me to wait 10 min and they would fill it. while waiting for the pharmacy to fill the meds I sat in a red char next to the pharmacy. Suddenly a custodial with the personality of a bowling ball came stomping up and told me to get off the chair, she stated it wasn't for me to use??? wha? she stated it was only for people who want a corvid shot, there was no sign on the chair stating it was "reserved" so when I stood up and told her she should put a note on the chair to let everyone know it's just for covid vaccine customers ONLY the custodian angerly drug the chair away and placed it in the back. lol! The staff seemed to work harder not to fill my prescription compared to the effort they put into doing their job to fill medication. I have switched to Walgreens, and I will be advising all of my other friends who use 900 Nicollet Target CVS to do the same.

I don't live downtown anymore but I still get my prescriptions sent downtown and I justify the trip to go downtown just because this pharmacy never gets my orders wrong and they are always willing to help me understand why something wasn't filled how I was expecting it, which is ALWAYS due to Government regulations or my insurance requiring things a certain way.. I've used other CVS pharmacies before and they are so incompetent elsewhere that it makes sense to go downtown each time.

Received Covid booster shot today, the female pharmacist administering the shots was just lovely. Good service, easy process. So much better than the Quarry. Just wish I wasn’t harassed on the way into the Target but that’s the area.

Every month since the beginning of 2021 every prescription I've needed filled here has been either "lost" or wasn't filled even after receiving notification. And when I show the notifications, the pharmacist techs are unapologetic. Highly disappointing after never having had a problem until the last few months.
