I take a medication that has been in short supply for the last few years. The staff at this Cub Pharmacy has been fabulous about helping me get my meds. They’re always willing to see if they have enough in stock and are clear about what they can and cannot do. I really appreciate all the staff at this location.

The techs here are very forgetful and do not listen to patients. I had a medication that isn’t covered by my insurance and was told they couldn’t use a prescription savings card because I have insurance? This is literally a lie because it’s an excluded medication and I’ve bought this medication before. 0/10 won’t be back

I had a terrible experience trying to fill medications that I needed to fill for my brother who just got out of oral surgery (4 different prescriptions). I was told that it would take 2 hours to fill. I am an experienced pharmacy technician of 8 years and I could not wrap my head around why it would take this long. To give context there were 4 technicians I could see behind the counter and 1 pharmacist, It was also around 11am when I arrived (this is not usually peak time or busy for most pharmacies) I asked if the reasoning why it would take so long was because they were behind. The tech said no and if I had a problem I could take my scripts elsewhere. That is exactly what I did .

ZERO STARS. Easily the slowest pharmacy ever. They need to hire more people because there’s usually one person doing all the work during shifts which makes for the slowest service ever. The pharmacists are nice, but Cub should really consider the workload they are burdening them with. I don’t have time to wait in line for my medication. They are setup for 2-3 registers, so it’s very possible to knock out a line at a much faster pace if they prioritize a sufficiently staffed shift over labor costs. On top of all that, there are many times where they don’t refill a prescription & I’ve been in a pickle panicking. Today I waited in line for over 45 minutes while the pharmacists ignored people in line. They even let a woman budge in front of me right as I approached the counter. I am beyond angry that they wasted my time. Time that I cannot get back. I’m “firing” them like the last comment said. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Do not waste your time especially if you have ADHD & things like this get those intense emotions going.

Their website clearly shows hours as being open until 9:00pm. They close at 7:00pm!The pharmacist said, "the website says 7:00" while looking on her phone. I showed her my phone with the 9:00 time clear as day. This pharmacy sucks at everything they do. The employees are patheticly slow and extremely rude. I avoid Cub Nicollet whenever I can.

I stopped after work last night the 16th. There was only the pharmacist. She walked up to the window and said what's up? I was astounded that she would greet someone like that. This used to be a wonderful pharmacy but it has become so hard to deal with the people they put to work at this location. Very sad. Do better cub for your customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. I fired them yesterday, finally, after multiple refills with too few pills, refusal by multiple staff to take a note to talk to the manager about it, leaving it to me to make multiple phone calls to find the manager in shift to run the report to find the discrepancy in pill counts to give me my mother's pills for a life prolonging medication. Four attempts to get resolution and finally one employee dealt with the problem. Other problems include generally being rude, one time being next in line and having the pharmacist decide then to take a break, when she could have told me while I was third in line that she was going to be taking a break after the person in front of me. Instead, she chose to serve those other two people and then with an attitude put the sign up and tell me she's taking a supper break. Oh and then there was the time I needed a refill ASAP, but then another emergency took priority in my own life. It took me two days to get there, and they still didn't have it filled. I understand people having a bad day, I even try to understand them taking it out on the customer, but pretty much every time I've gone there for the past year, they've been taking it out on the customer, whether it's me or the person in front of me or the person after me while I'm waiting for the refills. It's unacceptable. I work in healthcare, I know what competence looks like, so I went and found it at CVS. I'd highly recommend you do the same.

Horrible service. All of the bad reviews are accurate. Medicine not ready when it should be, medicine not mailed to the correct place ( MORE THAN TWICE), no follow up when things go ary on their end. My daughter even got the covid Vaccine there and the person put the wrong date on the card. When you need someone watching over your health, they can't be this sloppy. WHAT A DISASTER! I would leave half a star or less if I could. What a messy lot.
