I was visiting from out of state and felt like I had strep all of a sudden. Cub offers rapid strep tests and if it’s a positive result, fulfills the antibiotic prescription right there. Clara was so kind and the whole thing took about 1 hr. I got on the plane home the next day feeling much better already. Thanks for offering this health service!

Terrible experience - my gf and I came in early today and said “Good morning!” to two older lady employees at the door. They just gave us a weird look and we ignored it to go on with our shopping. After we had checked out and were walking out the door, one of the same two lady employees that we had seen walking in named Lana, made a snarky comment to my gf saying that she should wear some pants next time (she was wearing shorts). The other lady yelled out “disgusting!” as we made our way out the door. I have video footage of the incident and will be escalating this issue.

I caught this cub repackaging Main Street Bistro brand 17 oz Black Pepper and Sea Salt roasted potatoes that come in a little metal pan. They are sold for $4.99 everywhere else. I know this because I get them a lot. Cub took off the outer label and put their own deli sticker on them and are charging $9.00 for them. This is honestly outrageous.

Since 2014 I’ve been buying the Culinary Circle pizzas once or twice a week. They used to be 4.99 and occasionally on sale for 3.99 pre-covid, before 2020. They raised the price on them to 5.99 with a “sale” price of 4.99 around 2022. Then 6.99 with a “sale” price of 5.99 around 2023, and then for every month since January 2024, they have been 7.99 but with that “sale” sticker of 5.99.
I walk into the store today after hitting the gym and that 6 month 5.99 sale has been removed and it is now 7.99 for a pizza that was 4.99 not that long ago. All the other frozen pizzas have basically remained the same.
I feel it’s petty that they have weaseled up the price on what used to be a reasonably priced pizza by using a sneaky strategy of sale stickers overtime to then suddenly remove the sale and gouge us for the few extra bucks. I guarantee other long term cub customers that buy the culinary circle pizzas frequently will notice as well.

Thought i would try the deli again AFTER WAITING 10 MINUTES Without being acknowledged I just left....same as 3 weeks ago. Really need to train their employees to say someone will be with you shortly or something. They just keep ignoring everybody until they leave. I went to Popeyes to get my Fried Chicken instead.

Ive been coming to this store for a long time. The employees have smiles and are there to help. Shawn in particular is a long-time employee there and a great guy, he provides excellent customer service. He went out of his way to help me save more. I like being to get right back on the highway from this spot too.

Just wanted to send a big shout out to the deli and the employee who handled my 100 piece chicken order. She did an awesome job getting everything taken care of. I appreciate the person who cooked the chicken as. Everyone at my daughter’s graduation party loved it. Thank you for everything.

Don’t go in the location at night if you’re a POC. I frequently shop here because it’s up the street from me, and they always assume I’m going to steal something. I’ve never stolen anything, and I would rather put the items back, if I can’t afford them. The night time crew is always rude as well. Some of them are pictured in the comments and some of them aren’t. And everything at this Cub location is more expensive than any location I’ve been to. I would rather go out of my way to drive to the Edina, Bloomington or One of the Lake St locations. Really poor service and it makes the community look bad.

My baby’s father, who is a black man, couldn’t buy our $200 worth of groceries because his ID didn’t match his MOTHER’S credit card, who was helping us out. His elderly mother who couldn’t be with him unfortunately wasn’t there. So we couldn’t get ANY of our groceries. I called the store and they said it’s policy which I know isn’t true. I go to Cub daily as a WHITE woman and NEVER have I been asked to show my ID when I had my dad’s card. Make it make sense?!! Good thing this cub is going downhill from what I read with the other reviews because THEY DESERVE TO CLOSE AND ALL OF THOSE PEOPLE DESERVE TO BE WITHOUT A JOB.

I called this Cub Food store and was able to get 300 pieces of cooked fried chicken in 30 minutes. Yes to the deli manager and yes to everyone who made it happen! It was a city high school football banquet and we will use you…not at the last minute…for all of our future orders! Thank you so much!!
