Everyone provided me with excellent customer service! Everyone in this room was incredibly kind and, more importantly, loving! My nails were done by Andy, who made sure they looked natural and left no bumps. He took his time, and more importantly, he made sure to talk to me! I appreciated how he made sure my nails made me happy, which they do! I'm really grateful for everything. Thank you for everything!

Andy did a perfect job on my nails. He fixed my nails that were done horribly at another salon. He was nice, open and honest about prices, and gentle on my hands. Definitely coming back.

I got a basic level pedicure. Tyler did a nice job and exfoliation/massage portion felt amazing. My nails looked nice when I left. I’ll definitely be coming back. but a few hours after I left I realized The paint on my nails had moved and bubbled up in places. I think the quality of polish available is cheap or something because they didn’t look like that when they were finished. They’re still passable I just think next time I’ll bring my own polish.

SOOO FRUSTRATING. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s hit or miss. Today I spent 2 hours there for a basic pedicure. He had to keep redoing my big toes multiple times as if he had never used nail polish before, he applied almost a dozen coats that it began to cake like picture shown. Then he tried to file my wet nails, messing up the polish on the other toes. I spent 40$ just to have to go home and do it myself.Service: Pedicure

I thought i had already left a review for here but i hadn't. If i had a few months ago i would have given it probably 5 stars but after today i just can't do it. I always make an appointment so i don't have to wait around and the max I've ever waited is 5 min. Today i made an appt for 445 and was not seen until 530. Frustrating that when i walked in you could tell it was busy but no one said hey it's gonna be awhile etc. They even put me in a chair and so i assumed i was about to be helped.. nope. Then the worst part is i wait and wait and then she rushes and it wasn't even a relaxing experience at all as a matter of fact this pedicure actually stressed me out. This makes me almost want to find a new nail salon when i was loyally going to this place for years. Just disappointing when you like a place and it goes downhill so fast and an experience can really ruin it.

They were super nice!, offered me something to drink while It Definitely retreat was waiting and during the time they were doing my nails. I definitely regret not tipping more for sure. Will be going back!Services: Acrylic nails

I don’t know why I torture myself and keep returning. My manicure doesn’t even last 3 days. The staff is nice, but I would not recommend the manicures. Terrible and not worth the $ !!!Service: Manicure

Best pedicure hands down. I’ve been coming here for years and they take extra care to listen to your requests. I have a bum toenail from running and they’ve made it look and feel like normal with acrylic tip so I don’t need to hide my feet anymore.
